Thanks for your posts. I think we can talk about the unfairness of this so-
called Fairness Act for decades. I don't think EB India will ever get the
point that many others are making. The egoism, ethocentrism, and covert
racism from EB India towards everyone else (yes, let me play the famous Race
Card for once since we typically get the Race Card from EB India whenever
we voice our thoughts against this ludricious bill) prevents any serious
discussion.
I keep reading posts such has "how come EB3 Row applicants get approved when
EB3 India still is in 2002." I mean, it's really simple math: 10 applicants
from let's say Philippines vs. 1000 applicants from EB3 India. Who gets it
first? As for me, I find in un-American not to follow laws, policies, and
legit principles.
Country caps were put in place for a reason. Everyone knew the procedures
before joining the GC line. Now, certain people hate the wait and want an
entire nation the change their laws to benefit them. Let ME go to another
country and ask that country to make changes that benefit only me. Good luck
to me, I guess.
I find it atrocious to even suggest a country to change their laws to
benefit only me. Do these people really want to live in the US and
assimilate to US society? I have my serious doubts. They just want to milk
the US and abuse the system. I guess the motivation is to turn this nation
into little India. In that case, heaven please help us all!

刚开始对3012不是很了解，以为只是3年的过渡期，后面再恢复到原来的样子。烙印想
以后没有limit，应该有它们的算盘，否则，简单算术大家都会。根据这个版上列举那
些的数字，烙印降低点要求，比如60%，70%的，够它们用就好了，何必来当这个出头鸟。

主要问题是割拉死李一直想正H1B...拿捏3012就顺理成章了.
老引的绝对数量摆在那呢...本来就是出头鸟啊...
