ROW consumption is very low according to the IV info, I believe this year
EB2 ROW is going to yield 6-10k left over visa number.
It's very likely this year we will have 40k Spillover.

发帖数: 3109 | 8 i don't know. i'm just assuming, simplistically, that O allocates EB2-ROW
visa numbers in 4 equal chunks. of course we hope the numbers that have
been actually used up in Oct-Apr are way fewer than 7/12 of the quota.
