I respect your decision…and know that you may have no time to reply my
email but that’s fine…I just wanted to express my opinion after crunching
the numbers and make sense out of it.
Cumulative number before 1/2007 for EB2C in December is 5050.
Visa available is total of 2803.
(5050 / 44weeks) = 115 visa/week.
(2803 / 12months) = 233 visa/month
I see Visa Bulletin potentially could have moved up 2 weeks at a time in
December.

distributed over the 44 months; and 2) There are pending cases with PD
earlier than 06/01/2010 (current month's cut-off date)
But one thing is true: He is way too conservative when it comes to allocate
visas for us... |

6/8 实际上有点保守（可能导致 这个月 用不了250名额， 有些PENDING 的 一个月后
可能还是PENDING）， 但 6/15 又有点过于放宽。 因为 6/15这个星期有 177人。
实际上就是 O 的一念之差。 他现在是 有点过于保守。
英语好的 ， 帮帮 这个可怜的 主 吧。 |
