This shows that he is very conservative in allocating the visa number. If he
keeps doing this for March, some EB2 quota maybe wasted this year as in the
past.
We cannot rely on our calculation and assume that Oppenheimer will allow
EB2C move to Sept. 22, 2006 by the June, 2011.

have exceeded quarterly quota in December. Unfortunately, we don't have
data to verify his claim. DOS has not yet release data for FY10 yet. He
also claims that there are many eb3c -> eb2c conversion cases, which seems
to be confirmed by recent I-485 inventory data published by USCIS.
We will continue following up with him regarding VB matter. If you have any

the inventory data released. The increase of EB2C (with certain priority

approved I-485 cases, approved consular processing cases, conversion cases,
etc. None of them are clear. Therefore, it is impossible for us to
calculate the conversion data based on eb3c data.
However, we do see unusual eb2c case increase in 2005, which is believed to
be reflection of eb3c conversion cases. Please refer to recent USCIS I-485
inventory data.

发帖数: 2580 | 7 I don't think there are many eb3c->eb2c conversion as O claimed. If eb3->eb2
conversion were significant, it would have been a univeral thing instead of
a thing only happened to chinese applicants, and we should also have seen a
huge jump in eb2i inventory prior to 2005, which is not the case. I think O
and CIS were just playing with numbers.
