但是O傻按规定就是根据DOS公布的Demand data
来设定排期。
现在有12000个名额，他排期就应该设到
第12001个人的PD，2006年11月和12月

2006年一用Demand 17200人
所以PD应该是2006年10月的1/8/15/22了。
