That will be the only headache, since he may have 6142 with CJx or Tx, he
may also have 6133 with CJTx. The restricted choice may apply here.

After two rounds of trumps, cash two diamonds (west has 6- D, so east can't
ruff). If west shows out, he will be squeezed in S and C. So let's say west
follows 2D. Then he has 4- C, so it is safe to cash a club. If west shows
out, we can ruff 4th C. Otherwise it is safe to cash last D. If west has 3+
D, he has 3- clubs, so it is safe to cash 3 clubs, and ruff last club at
dummy if needed.

this 6H.
Once we know west has 6 spades and singleton trump, 6H is 100% safe.
If anytime we find west has 2 or less diamonds, we can squeeze west in S and
C.
If anytime we find west has 2 or less clubs, we can ruff 4th club at dummy.
So all we need is to explore west's shape without risking ruff by east. The
100% line is as following (after SA and HKQ):
DA
CK
DKQ
CQ
CA
This supposes west always follows suit, otherwise we take one of the above
two lines.
