This requires some good luck. The best chance seems to play west for both DA
and CK. East is more likely to have 5-5 majors than 6-4. So we play west
hold something like

Win the lead. Play ST to remove east's entry. East's best effort may be to
cash one more S (we discard a H), and returns a D. West wins DA, and exits
with his last H. Cash 2 D and hope some good luck in D. |

west has 5 D (1-2-5-5), we throw him in with last D, then we will get 3 C.
I have a feeling I am wrong from the beginning :)

实战中，庄家吃住D10之后，再拔一轮方块，发现西家有5张，然后庄家转打梅花，拔CA
，CJ，西家忍让CJ（吃住CK就会被投入）。庄家此时手中打出最后一张梅花，西家兴奋
地发现，这时候出CK再出梅花就可以把牌锁在明手。。。
你们说说，接下来发生了什么？

Shouldn't the situation before South play the 3rd round of Clubs like this:
W: S -
H -
D 86
C KXX
S X
H X
D 97
C X
If dummy discard CQ under CK, West can get 3 club tricks but have to return
the last two tricks to South's Diamond tenace. So declarer gets 2H + 4D + 2C
. Did I count it wrong?

Yes if West follows small C on the 3rd, of course he will then be thrown in,
and we will even get an overtrick...
What I replied earlier is to assume West plays CK on the 3rd round of clubs.

west could still exit to dummy with a small club :)

under west's CK. West could cash C10 and C8 (there is no higher club in
dummy than those two), but then has to play diamond 86 into declarer's jaw
97.
Of course, had west unblocked C8 earlier, declarer would have discarded C7
from dummy. This declarer is counting. :-)
牌打完之后，明手对结果满意，但是对于庄家的叫牌颇有微词：你这个2NT有些一意孤
行吧？庄家回答：是的，但是我自己一手牌就拿了八墩！（明手未获任何赢墩）

West's double was too aggressive (after all this is not MP), the main
problem was that his diamonds are not good enough. Declarer could easily
have something like xx / AQ / KQJT9x / AJx
The key play was at trick 2, to play a spade to cut communication between
defenders. Well done!
