Model Risk Junior Analyst will support various functions and processes
within MRM Platform. Responsibilities of the position will include:
Create/maintain/support the MRM Platform, maintaining and updating existing
workflow designs and assisting in expanding the capabilities of the
technological solution.
Manage the software testing process: UA, QA, UAT and PROD environments.
Design, collect and incorporate attestations related with various model
structures with various stakeholders, update and maintain the capabilities
on an ongoing basis.
Incorporate corporate wide model class attributes and maintain/update them.
Design Model Risk Management reporting creation methods for management and
key stakeholders
Provide support to management with overall project management activities and
perform ad hoc reporting as required.
Create business requirement documents (BRDs), technical specs for change
management.
We are looking for candidates with analytical and coding skills as well as
project management skills. The candidate will be required to support Model
Risk Management and to work with a diverse group of individuals.

Qualification:
Undergraduate from Tier 1 universities
Master from top schools in U.S
Comfortable with scripting languages
Great communication verbal and written
Understanding of financial market and products
Immigration status
Should have at least two chances for H1b lottery after being employed. (STEM
majors).
Current H1b holder or other immigration status that do not need to go thru
H1b lottery.
An ideal candidate should:

- Good knowledge about financial market and products
- Be very good at communication (in speaking, listening and writing): there
are many conference calls, emails, and meetings.
- High collaborative: you need to facilitate various groups of people with
different perspectives and knowledge to reach consensus.
- Be capable of presenting to senior executives
- Quick learner: you will deal with different kind of models in different
business units.
- Highly diligent and professional attitude.
