。俺在第3排，距离stage应该有10m以上，多数情况是 f5.6-8，1/160-200s, ISO800,
TTL mode时估计闪光灯大概是1/4以下的输出。（连拍4-5张时无需等待闪光灯回电）

面，最后效果与孕妇装一样。短裤也短，会露出屁股和大腿交界处。我以前也想穿

你是manager还是junior auditor?作为junior auditor，第一年的时候什么事情都会一
惊一乍的，觉得，哇，发现issue了，呀，material，靠,fraud。然后manager说没事的
时候，junior auditor一定会觉得，肯定是这个manager粉饰太平，为了正义与和平，
我要把意见写在paper里，还要越级报告，成为英雄！
以上，一点都没有嘲讽的意思，因为我第一年当junior auditor的时候，我就是这么想
的。
怎么解决？Communication。问经理，为什么他不觉得。判断一个audit finding是否
material，两个方面，quality and quantity。你先问问你自己，你觉得material，是
因为哪个方面。如果quantity上有material error，你就把算出来的数字给他看，问他
这么大的差异，超过了重要性水平线了，为什么还不material（不过我觉得应该你不是

相应的例子是： junior high school = 初中， senior high school= 高中
至于说会不会被误会成正教授的一种？ 这里关键在于原来的那个说法 "junior
professor" 就是把assistant professor 当成了professor 的一种，而把正教授称为
senior Professor 来作为额外的区分，所以junior professor 翻译成初等教授其实在
这个语境下是信雅达的。 |

怎么着生存下来熬到下一笔投资再说
最大的劣势是名气和追踪记录不足，需要有牛人担保才能拿到钱
senior最大的优势那当然是名头了，看看头衔就给钱了
最大的劣势是自己不动手，忽悠到钱就琢磨着招个薄厚/学生出活
但是consistently出CNS这可不是临时招的草台班子能做到的
senior手下没有团队就没有任何产出

junior的人，基本上前几笔funding很重要
1年的钱-2年的钱-3年的钱-5年的钱
后期升了级有了3年5年的钱才可以养学生了，毕竟学生要修课出活慢得多
但是如果启动的1-2年的钱如果打水漂了，后面资金链一断裂也就算全完菜了
对于established senior，一次可以直接3-5年的这么要钱
有长期的钱才能雇到好的学生，循环下来也就生存下去了
对于跨国move过来或者过气的senior，人脉欠缺
美国现在的形势，给个1-2年的经费算很不错了；小钱做不了什么成体系的delivery，

engineer，塞给我让他跟我做一个已经完成了百分之七八十的项目。老板私下里对我说
take this leadership opportunity to grow him blah blah blah，也就是说让我
oversee他的工作，把项目剩下的部分做完。这个项目难度比较复杂（对新人而言），
但是时间上压力不大。
这个junior engineer是白人，30岁左右，刚刚从学校PHD毕业，本科和GRAD SCHOOL的
学校都很好。并且有在本行业大公司实习INTERN的经验。
三个月过去了，我发现这个junior engineer做事情很不牢靠。直
到现在，1.基本的程序设计不熟练，代码写的很慢，2.不能领会我和老板的技术要求而
且实现之
3. 不能和我有效communication，每天在自己的cube里闷头做事，也不知道在做什么。
我再三表示希望他多和我沟通，他嘴上答应，但是之后没有任何改变。老板知道这些情
况。

架，还是讨论FOOTBALL比较有趣。
今年PSU的JUNIOR DAY是2月23号，和去年相比，今年的规模会小很多。去年这个时候，
SANCTION还没出来，PSU的COACHING STAFF还是按照25个SCHOLARSHIP去筹划JUNIOR DAY
的，所以邀请了很多孩子，也来了很多。现在由于SANCTION，只能有15个SCHOLARSHIP
（因为12年实际用了12个，所以有3个可以转到13年，总数是18个。当然，还不能违反
总数65个PLAYER ON SCHOLARSHIP的规定），所以今年PSU RECRUITING的总体原则是要
SELECTIVE，故今年的JUNIOR DAY规模比较小。

了。 正反手要么lob，要么削。 我就奇怪啊，能打到14,5岁junior tournament的男娃
，怎么也是有教练教的吧，怎么教成这样的，莫非就是老爸自己教？
至少我看到的比赛还是很旗鼓相当的，他lob比drop多得多， 当然也能跑。对手显然不
适应这个遇球就lob的，而且他lob基本挺深。 其实基本没人能适应深的lob。 Drop
shot在这样junior中不太用是有道理的，小男孩们大多挺能跑，要知道你常放人有准备
跑上来基本都是大角度winner。 他时不时上网，volley像Dropshot同学一样，不
aggressive， 但他手感好， 对方企图的passing shot他常挡回去。 这种网前互有胜
负吧。

是说他其实都懒得看我的文章，随便给了一个根本啥都不懂的referee对我的文章胡说八
道一通就把我打发了。如果editor看了我的introduction，都应该知道referee对我
methodology的攻击是完全错误的。这个referee的report里，把我的modology是完全没
看懂，攻击的是莫名其妙，甚至我明明说跟另外一篇文章的结果一致，他却问我为什么

能不能请人帮我转到quant版？我的ID刚注册，要等三天才能发帖。
我们是芝加哥中型的HFT trading公司，在业界略有名气。现在需要招CS背景的junior
quants（别的背景也招，但我可能帮不上太多忙，还是让公司自己的正规渠道负责吧)
。希望有兴趣的朋友发简历到q******[email protected]。下面是一些要求和基本信息。
1。CS背景，很强的实战能力。比如说100万行的程序，没有documentation。给一个项
目，能不能把相关的code自己看懂。 写完的程序很少发现bug。
2。这些职位是直接参与trade的，不是一些recruiter说的"work closely with
traders and quants"。
3。不需要有任何金融背景。
