open houses around your house and and watch when the house is underagreement

a sense of how to list the price.
You can interview several brokers and each will give you an estimate of the
house value. But the final price should be made by you. Do not sign contract
with any broker.
In terms of house stage, it is also by the owner's choice. Good thing to do

really don't need a broker.

a staging company to handle all furnishings. Redfin offers listing entry

美国这里的房子结构非常的简单，住两年house，是个工程学科毕业的都比这些半路出
家的大妈强十倍。
