要20%首付的话就的从Roth IRA里提钱,只用本金,不需要提收益,所以应该没有税。
如果现在不买,一二年之间应该也能攒出首付来。就是看着工作附近的房租太高,租相
对买在经济上很不划算。想听听大家的意见,我这种情况应该尽快买还是再等等?感谢

much as you want at anytime up to your contributions wo tax consequences,
tax or penalty.

Capital Gain, you can take up to $10K for the first home and/or $10K for
