最后说说我对最近一些事情的整体看法:
我个人对于外界的评论和质疑其实并不关注或看重,只要不是杂志编辑部或者同行邮件
的询问质疑,都尽量置之不理。
(我脸皮厚, 管你们怎么质疑, 只要我懂得怎么利用那些大牛对杂志社审稿过程的操控,
你们都没有任何办法搞倒我).
我非常珍惜现在中国良好的科研环境,所以格外珍惜每一点时间。
(在中国造假不需要负法律责任, 造的假越大发的文章就越好,就能得到更多国内风险投
资, 骗钱的好环境.)
只需一心在科研上面,不停有好的工作展示给同行,就足够了。
(我做科研的目的是展示东西给同行, 至于真假本人一概不负责.)
也很钦佩像蒲老师、王晓东老师、施一公老师那样,呵护着我们这群青年PI,不用花费
过多时间申
请经费,有很好的core facility,在文章思路或写作上给予我们一定的指导。所有这
些让我们有更多时间聚焦于科学本身。

此外,“最近一堆年轻人认为杨辉在MIT的文章涉嫌造假”。
(你们这些质疑我的人都是too young too naive.)
我相信绝大多数不是这个领域的专家,我认为正确的方式是写信给Cell的editor,质疑
这篇文章的真实性、可靠
性,而不是靠公众的舆论来挑取自己想要接收的信息。
(有本事写信给Cell的编辑质疑, 编辑都是Jaenisch的朋友, 你们还是死了这条心吧.)
他们似乎不在乎质疑我们工作的文章的数据可靠性,也更接受10个月(其实不到半年时
间)发两篇Cell只有造假才有的
可能。
(听清楚, 本人是不到半年时间发表两篇Cell, 还不给我跪下?)
然后近一年又把CNS都发了一遍,造假就实锤了。

我觉得这不是一个好的风气,似乎许多人接受不了同代人比自己出色太多。
(不是我针对谁, 在座的都是垃圾.)
张锋一直是我追敢的目标,从PhD开始就一直很出色,很快的fellow经历,刚独立就发
表了最重要的工作,后续更是一系列的重要文章,也成立了自己的公司,将CRISPR技术
第一次应用于人治疗失明。
(对不起啊, 我把张锋给出卖了, 当年张锋给外界公布的Cas9-GFP的质粒, 广大实验室
拿到之后在细胞中一表达居然一个GFP阳性细胞都没有, 后来找了个借口说是质粒中存
在SNV导致GFP不表达.)
而我,PhD和Postdoc相对都很顺,但是回国独立头三年没有发表一篇文章,直到第5年
才陆续有重要工作出现。
(我就是顺, 不服打我呀.)
也开始向临床迈进,希望两年内能够国内上临床,最终造福国内的患者。
(我马上要把AAV腺病毒载体用到临床上去治疗病人了, 虽然欧美有无数实验室担忧病毒
的可靠性以及CRISPR的精准性, 本人一概不管, 直接上, 无脑的投资人快快把你们的钞
票撒过来.)
虽然时间有点落后张锋了,但我仍然坚信有赶上和超过他的一天。
(张峰算啥? 没有我们这边宽松的审核和伦理环境, 你们永远都不可能走到临床那一步)
所以希望““最近一堆年轻人”能找到自己追赶的目标,再为之努力,而不是传一些不
在自己学术水平范围内能够judgement的事情。
(你们这些质疑的人还是too young too naive.)
学术圈毕竟不是娱乐圈。

我不是这个领域的,也不太懂这个技术。在杨辉的回应中,如果有人能够用杨辉的技
术做出东西来的话,是不是可以说明他的技术没问题呢?当然,我没有看杨辉提到的那
几篇文章的具体内容。
我个人支持学术打假,但是要有根据的去打假,而不是自己没有实验证据,或者选择性

Crispr技术刚出现时,我也不相信这个东西是真的
能有这么好用,对生物研究产生了翻天覆地的变化
后来事实的打脸让我对发现和推动crispr的研究者心悦诚服
有人质疑也是好事吧

最后说说我对最近一些事情的整体看法:
我个人对于外界的评论和质疑其实并不关注或看重,只要不是杂志编辑部或者同行邮件
的询问质疑,都尽量置之不理。
(我脸皮厚, 管你们怎么质疑, 只要我懂得怎么利用那些大牛对杂志社审稿过程的操控,
你们都没有任何办法搞倒我).
我非常珍惜现在中国良好的科研环境,所以格外珍惜每一点时间。
(在中国造假不需要负法律责任, 造的假越大发的文章就越好,就能得到更多国内风险投
资, 骗钱的好环境.)
只需一心在科研上面,不停有好的工作展示给同行,就足够了。
(我做科研的目的是展示东西给同行, 至于真假本人一概不负责.)
也很钦佩像蒲老师、王晓东老师、施一公老师那样,呵护着我们这群青年PI,不用花费
过多时间申
请经费,有很好的core facility,在文章思路或写作上给予我们一定的指导。所有这
些让我们有更多时间聚焦于科学本身。

此外,“最近一堆年轻人认为杨辉在MIT的文章涉嫌造假”。
(你们这些质疑我的人都是too young too naive.)
我相信绝大多数不是这个领域的专家,我认为正确的方式是写信给Cell的editor,质疑
这篇文章的真实性、可靠
性,而不是靠公众的舆论来挑取自己想要接收的信息。
(有本事写信给Cell的编辑质疑, 编辑都是Jaenisch的朋友, 你们还是死了这条心吧.)
他们似乎不在乎质疑我们工作的文章的数据可靠性,也更接受10个月(其实不到半年时
间)发两篇Cell只有造假才有的
可能。
(听清楚, 本人是不到半年时间发表两篇Cell, 还不给我跪下?)
然后近一年又把CNS都发了一遍,造假就实锤了。

我觉得这不是一个好的风气,似乎许多人接受不了同代人比自己出色太多。
(不是我针对谁, 在座的都是垃圾.)
张锋一直是我追敢的目标,从PhD开始就一直很出色,很快的fellow经历,刚独立就发
表了最重要的工作,后续更是一系列的重要文章,也成立了自己的公司,将CRISPR技术
第一次应用于人治疗失明。
(对不起啊, 我把张锋给出卖了, 当年张锋给外界公布的Cas9-GFP的质粒, 广大实验室
拿到之后在细胞中一表达居然一个GFP阳性细胞都没有, 后来找了个借口说是质粒中存
在SNV导致GFP不表达.)
而我,PhD和Postdoc相对都很顺,但是回国独立头三年没有发表一篇文章,直到第5年
才陆续有重要工作出现。
(我就是顺, 不服打我呀.)
也开始向临床迈进,希望两年内能够国内上临床,最终造福国内的患者。
(我马上要把AAV腺病毒载体用到临床上去治疗病人了, 虽然欧美有无数实验室担忧病毒
的可靠性以及CRISPR的精准性, 本人一概不管, 直接上, 无脑的投资人快快把你们的钞
票撒过来.)
虽然时间有点落后张锋了,但我仍然坚信有赶上和超过他的一天。
(张峰算啥? 没有我们这边宽松的审核和伦理环境, 你们永远都不可能走到临床那一步)
所以希望““最近一堆年轻人”能找到自己追赶的目标,再为之努力,而不是传一些不
在自己学术水平范围内能够judgement的事情。
(你们这些质疑的人还是too young too naive.)
学术圈毕竟不是娱乐圈。

我不是这个领域的,也不太懂这个技术。在杨辉的回应中,如果有人能够用杨辉的技
术做出东西来的话,是不是可以说明他的技术没问题呢?当然,我没有看杨辉提到的那
几篇文章的具体内容。
我个人支持学术打假,但是要有根据的去打假,而不是自己没有实验证据,或者选择性
