One reference formality error could delay the next step by a few weeks.
After a few times, I cannot tolerate any more.
I strongly suggest not submitting manuscripts to this journal, if you cannot

越差。还是喜欢ACS和RSC的杂志。

志拒稿的审稿人的意见相似度达到90%，很明显在那三个杂志拒稿的是同一个人。一方
面，那个人就是具有剽窃嫌疑的人。另一方面，那个人又是所有三个杂志的审稿编辑或
编委。
