contributor。问了问同事朋友等等，大多数都觉得杂志不好不愿意投稿（杂志没进EI
或者SCI的索引）。一般低水平杂志找人投稿应该怎么找在哪里找啊？有没有高手能支
支招？

them all down, because I figure nobody would spend the effort to write a
paper and publish it in such marginal journals. I checked the addresses of
of some of these publishers, one of them is located in a motel, another in a
residential house. Read Science's report on these open-access journals you
will understand why most people will not want to publish in them. | a*****r

while to do such a service...Yet this is a task that I am currently facing.
