combining CRISPR/Cas, Cre-lox, and tet-on/off technique to temporally and
spatially switch on and off different genes in specific pathway or study the
crosstalk between pathways using the methods, the candidate genes/pathways
should be from the data mining using the public human omics data base, for
example TCGA, ICGC ......
