d****e 发帖数: 13	1 What is this? I transfected Hela cells with p27 fused to GFP by calcium phosphate method. The GFP fluorescence localized to nuclei but there a few bright spots in the nuclei corresponding to the bubbles under bright fields. Is this normal? are those spots auto fluorescent?
