说是sensitivity 比silver stain还要高。做了一次，直接放在transilluminator上看
，发现
效果很不理想。只能稍微看到ladder，要看的蛋白浓度是很低的，根本看不到。
protocol上说
photography比肉眼要好很多。
请高人指点一下，怎样才能充分达到理想的sensitivity。多谢
