Just wondering if DAPI can get into live mammalian cells and stain the
nucleus? If yes, why many protocols require cell fixation and
permeabilization?
Will DAPI do anything to membrane protein if it stains live cells?

发帖数: 28562 | 2 可以染，但是浓度要比平常用的高１０～１００倍才能染上足够的亮度。
所以一般人不到迫不得已不会这么做（浪费试剂）。

发帖数: 348 | 3 我从来都是hoescht33342直接染活细胞。这种东西又不贵，几十块钱买的用了一两年都
没有用完，没有什么好担心价钱的。 |

与Hoechst 33328和DAPI相比 cell permeability提高了很多 毒性极小 适用于live
cell 当然要是染fix过的 如果用detergent 处理过了 用什么染都行 |
