gel without EB. To teach a method, I think your TA did a right thing.
If you only need a quick a dirty way to check the nucleic acid, it is
OK to have EB in the gel.
BTW, EB stains different types of DNA with different efficiency, so
longer staining/destaining might be necessary. |
