Any of you has any good sources about Ki67 Antibody? We had a great one (
Sp6 from neomarker) but the
new lot doesn't work with mouse anymore for some reasons unknown. They have
a replacement (Ab4) but
doesn't work nearly as nice...

Look up here. I cannot remember which one exactly
but we use Rabbit polyclonal anti-Ki67, I think they probably have only one
Rabbit.I can have a look tomorrow and let you know.
Regular IHC protocol,
Mouse brain, 4%PFA fixation O/N
5um paraffin section (or 12um Cryosection)
deparaffination
ph 6.0 Citric acid antigen retrieval 100c 10 min
1 ab 4c O/N
2 ab Rm 1-2hrs

other colleague has also suggested this one today...

clone from theirs also stopped working
with mouse recently...it seems the problem likely happened to every company
with SP6 clone...
