近年来国内多次发生“瘦肉精”猪肉引起的中毒事件，这一次因为涉及到一
家著名企业，才引起了前所未有的关注。媒体上对“瘦肉精”的口诛笔伐，让人
们觉得这真是一种可怕的东西。果真如此吗？
“瘦肉精”是好几种类似的药物的俗称，在国内用得最早、用得最多、成为
“瘦肉精”猪肉中毒的元凶的是盐酸克伦特罗。盐酸克伦特罗原是一种平喘药，
用于治疗支气管哮喘和喘息型支气管炎。在上个世纪80年代，有人发现，盐酸克
伦特罗如果作为饲料添加剂，猪食用后在代谢过程中会促进蛋白质合成，加速脂
肪的转化和分解，提高了猪肉的瘦肉率，因此成了第一种“瘦肉精”。
但是盐酸克伦特罗要在饲料中大量使用才能达到提高瘦肉率的效果，是人用
药剂量的10倍以上。盐酸克伦特罗在体内的代谢速度较慢，半减期（减少到原有

BEIJING (AP) — China says overseas groups are distorting the truth about a
clash between Tibetans and police in a politically sensitive region to
discredit the Chinese government.
The official Xinhua News Agency cited a Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying
Tuesday that one Tibetan was killed and four others injured during Monday's
clash in Luhuo county in southwest China. Hong Lei says order has been
restored in the region and that the authorities will act firmly to fight
crime.

方舟子本名方是民，海内华人叫他“方老师”，海外同胞叫他“方小偷”。本人土洋结
合、删繁就简，得出“方老偷”这个新的称呼。既然是土洋结合，当然得有对应的洋文
。方老偷的洋文title是Tealer Fang。看官千万别去查字典，你查不到tealer这个词。
它由teacher（老师）和stealer（小偷）两个英文单词合并而成，乃是亦明兄特意为“
方老偷”到美国“陪妓”（陪新华社“妓者”刘菊花到美国行骗）而量体定制的一件新
装。【注：“妓者”是方舟子对中国记者的通称。】
话说方老偷从高中一年就开始偷，偷到今天，被挖出来的赃物已经凑足了一本五十万字
的大书（见亦明《方舟子抄袭剽窃年谱》，[www.2250s.com]）。由此可见，“老偷”
这个称呼，既非虚名，亦非浪得。不过，“老偷”二字不仅仅是一个名词，它还是一个
动词短语，意思是“总是偷”。而本文要说的，就是他的最近一起偷袭案。
