Nature methods 上其实还提到了UCSD的 Kun Zhang lab做的用 microfluidics 实现的
单细胞分离和测序。好像是去年nature biotech的文章。感觉办法很直接很高效的，不
知道成本是否会高。 不过sunney Xie的办法肯定不是唯一的。

诺奖的东西，科研方面应该是学校里几分之一的lab都经常要用那个级别，或者是临床
方面每个城市都有很多家庭的健康状况会因此改变那个普及水平 |

上午看到wokick奔他女儿的周岁照，因为小孩的可爱，自然地想起英语的cute一词。
cute大概是英语中用来夸婴幼儿可爱的最常用词语。美国人喜欢夸人，于是类似的
赞语有一大堆，什么sweet, lovely, adorable, darling, charming, precious,
beautiful, like an angel等等。
而我们中文里用来夸婴幼儿的词汇好像比较贫乏。多的是用来具体描绘的词汇，譬如
胖嘟嘟，长得水嫩，水灵，脸蛋红扑扑等等。但是抽象层次上的好像比较少，这会儿
我只想到可爱，甜美，漂亮几个词。（漂亮用于婴儿时好像偏重于婴儿的打扮，而不
是形容婴儿本身。）
那么，在浙江各地的方言中，称赞别人的婴幼儿可爱，又是如何表达的呢？
可爱一词，在吴语里好像是没有的。
吴语里有“乖”的说法，但这个说法也是比较具体，局限于小孩听话懂事的一个侧面；
而不是对孩子全面的描绘。

我说，哦，你是要鞋吗？来，妈妈给你穿鞋。
穿上鞋，他终于不叫了，跑去自己玩玩具了。
问题是，他这一个音，有时候说1，有时候说2，有时候说3，有时候未知。
木有逻辑木有调理就算加上老大在旁边一直给我翻译我都不一定能搞定。

发帖数: 353 | 44 浙江人飘过。。。自己从来不会分不清，所以我的发音跟这个很不像。但是由于自己向
来对语言敏感，所以观察过很多身边的人，就是分不清的。
其实重点是“答应写”当中的“应”字，本是后鼻音，但是江浙一带基本上的人都没后
鼻音，所以都是前鼻音。所以“答应写”的拼音就是“da yin xie”，又由于“写”的
发音“xie”是舌尖贴近牙齿（也就是舌尖发力）的发音，所以在由“yin”连接到“
xie”的时候，只要稍微快点的，“n”的发音都是几乎没有的，有不认同的自己揣摩下
自己的发音就知道了。如果是“ying”的话，基本不存在这个问题了，因为此时舌头的
发力部位在舌根，所以很难直接跳到舌尖的，大家也可以感受下，“da ying xie”是
不是比“da yin xie”说得要慢，而且说不快？
所以 “da ying xie”在江浙当中普遍流行说成“da yin xie”，稍微快点就成了“da yi xie”
不好意思，之前没看过视频，只是单纯分析“答应写”跟“代写”的相似程度。刚才听了录音，看了文本分析，绝对其实两个确实都有可能。说是“再代写”也是很有道理的。我觉得从逻辑上也讲得通，不过我个人对上下文... 阅读全帖 |
