夜；中国人用中指只是作某种常见手势，在美国用中指却是骂人的动作，等
等。在姓名使用方面更是如此。比如说，我的姓名在汉语拼音(中国大陆)叫"Xie Zheng
Quan"。我来到美国后则变成“Zheng Quan Xie”！美国人搞不清楚我的名字中到底
哪个是姓，哪个是名。於是在不同的场合和文件上，我的名字曾被写成“Zhengquan
Xie”，“Zheng Quan Xie”，“Zheng-quan Xie”，“Zheng Q. Xie”，“Zheng
Xie”等不同形式，害得我在报考美国律师资格时，费了很大力气来解释我的真实姓
名。如果我现在申请移民美国的话，我的姓名的不同用法一定会给我造成 很大的麻
烦。为什么会这样呢？
9/11恐怖事件发生后，美国政府实施了一系列针对外国人的安全检查(Security Check)

发帖数: 431 | 3 10年前大约发第一篇英文PAPER的时候，发现生物圈有2个人和我的姓名的拼音完全一样
。所以我就在我的名字的两个字之间加了一个短横线，这样就可以区别开来。
比如：两个字的名字 Liming， 改称Li-Ming；假如姓Xie, 那么缩写就不再是Xie L,而
是 Xie LM或者 Xie L-M, 这样我的文章就可以和其他同名的人区分开来，但是我现在
美国的所有证件上面的姓名都还是没有加任何短横线的格式，好比这个例子里面的 Xie
Liming，而不是我文章里面的姓名格式，好比Xie Li-Ming。(这里只是举例)
现在申请绿卡的时候律师把我的姓名格式的不一致的原因在foot note里面予以说明，
不过我的所有文章和成果的姓名格式都保持一致，都是这种加了短横线的格式。不知道
这种姓名格式上的不一致本版有没有ID以前也遇到过？非常担心这个不一致会增加背景
调查的时间，大家说会不会？移民局会不会认为我有嫌疑用别人的文章和成果？现在我
的NIW 140的case在NSC已经有4个多月时间，还是initial review，不会拖到7-8
个月甚至一年吧？ |

发帖数: 353 | 5 谢谢肯定，不过我之前的分析当中，“n”的发音被减轻甚至略过同样适用在“zai dan
xie”上。。。
其实连着说最好的分析切入口就是前一个字的尾音和后一个字的首音。同理，这个情况
，“n”在连着“x”的时候就是容易被掠过，而“x”是舌尖发力，“i”也是，所以“
zai dan xie”听着和“zai da xie”以及“zai dai xie”都没多大的区别，而且可以再推广到“za dan xie”和“zai dan xie”也没多大区别。当然，有些人还是会有差异的，即使说快了还是有区别的，比如“ai”不是发英语字母“I”[ ai ]的发音，而是发英文“at”的那个[æ]的发音，那就会比较不一样了。
其实这些从语音上分析根本得不出什么区别，但是从逻辑上，个人觉得“再单写”完胜
，如果是觉得质疑应该讲求逻辑，并用逻辑来分析的人，应该不需要首先排除这三种读
音，然后都代入后得出哪个逻辑上更通。

不像样子。我非常非常后悔。
上了DAYCARE，孩子知道该睡觉的时候就躺那里闭眼睛，几分钟就睡着了。
上了DAYCARE，孩子知道自己吃饭，吃饭一定要围嘴，掉地上知道心虚，。。。
上了DAYCARE，养成好多好习惯啊。在家我们太惯着她了。
上了DAYCARE，她每天都很HAPPY，当然跑来跑去也挺累的，晚上回家很快
就睡着了，我们就不用晚上被她折腾的不能做自己事情了。：）
上了DAYCARE，我们就不用每天费尽的想着带她去哪儿哪儿玩儿。就考虑一下
周末两天去哪儿就好了。哪怕出去买菜，她都很开心。 ：）

发帖数: 20 | 46 Cancun附近有两个著名的主题公园，一个叫Xie-Ha, 一个叫Xcaret。Xie-Ha听说以自然
为主，很便宜，好像$70左右就All-Inclusive了。Xcaret包含自然和文化，All-
Inclusive要$99，不包含Buffet的基本票要$69，而且一般都没有折扣（网上提前3天订
有10% discount）。LP研究了许久，决定去Xcaret，因为那边项目比较多，晚上的演出
也是Xie-Ha没有的。从距离上来说，Xcaret在Playa Del Carmen以南4公里，Xie-Ha则
要往南多走30公里左右。
Holiday Inn Express早上有自助早餐，这让我想起了国内一些3星级饭店的早餐，只是
中国的馒头稀饭换成墨西哥的薯片鸡蛋。一个大堂经理摸样的女士向我们推销time-
sharing，说如果我们参加1个半小时的讲座就送我们一张Xcaret$69的票。想想不划算
，我们连去海滩的时间都不多，还去听什么讲座，就把她拒掉了。
驱车前往Xcaret，停车不是问题，买票也很快。自认为吃Buffet不是我们的特长，所以
买的是$69元的票。进大门前防晒霜被强制 |

了蚊子的厉害，好多，还都是花蚊子，穿长酷长袖都能隔着衣服叮，要不就是叮脖子，
脸上，痒死了，Gardening的乐趣真是大大减少!!

例，我们必须遵循合法和适当的调查程序。例如，美国公共卫生署关于学术研究不端行
为的处理指南规定，对学术研究不端行为指控的调查，起初应当是非公开 的，其首先
应当由所涉及机构的内部委员会调查并处理。“无罪假定 (Innocent until proven
guilty)”是我们在调查学术不端的指控时必须遵守的一个重要原则。
2. 如果争论或指控不能够在该研究机构内部解决，那么，更高的主管部门和基金支持
机构或专业协会应当介入，建立外部调查委员会，直到问题得到圆满解决。在调查 期

总纲: 须每天逐渐发贴. 尽量不要互相呼应（例外：以大学同班同学身份的可以适
