The Obama administration has been claiming that insurance companies will be
competing for your dollars under the Affordable Care Act, but apparently
they haven’t surveyed the nation’s top hospitals.
Americans who sign up for Obamacare will be getting a big surprise if they
expect to access premium health care that may have been previously covered

平价健保市场网站电脑问题层出不穷之际，现在又出现一个更严重的问题：在15个由州
政府经管的健保市场上，登记加入不付费医疗补助计画(Medicaid)的低收入者，远超过
购买民间健保计画者。如果此趋势持续下去，将无足够的健康投保人购买健保，整个健
保系统可能无法运转，难以为继。
哥伦比亚新闻网(CBS News)报导说，欧巴马总统21日强调，州政府经管的健保市场相当
有成，申请加入者很踊跃，但他没有指明的是，某些州的申请人绝大多数是不花钱加入
Medicaid的低收入者，而且比率相当惊人。
在华盛顿州，新加入健保的3万5000余人，87%是参加Medicaid者；肯塔基州的2万6000
