Attorney Cutler has first-chaired over thirty (30) trials, in addition to
handling arbitrations and mediations. He has tried cases in four (4) states
litigation for national/international clients in eight (8) other states: in
Florida, Ohio, New Hampshire, New York, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arizona and
Virginia. Attorney Cutler has represented a number of Chinese companies and
individuals in commercial disputes, employment law matters, business
transactions and litigations.

Attorney Dai’s practice focuses on business structuring, contract drafting
and disputes, business transaction and immigration law. She has a rare blend
of legal and business experience both nationally and internationally. Since
being raised in Shanghai, Attorney Dai has lived in Calgary, Toronto and
Boston.
Attorney Dai has advised business start-ups in connection with formation
issues, business planning and financing. She has also counseled established
businesses on marketing and growth strategy, financing options and
operation optimization. In addition, Attorney Dai has negotiated terms and
outcomes of business engagements on behalf of businesses with revenues
ranging from $1M to $15M. She has also serviced corporate clients of
Manulife Life Financials with regard to the management of their 401K and IRA
accounts.
