cream开封后要尽快用掉，但是不知道做什么能大量消耗。
不管是做cookie还是toast，每次都只能消耗一点点。我现在差不多还剩2/3的cream，
这得做多少次才能用掉啊。
也有看到说做菜或者soup的，但一样的问题，用不了多少啊。
用的最快当然是做cream cake，问题是刚做了cupcake，再做cake类的会吃腻啊...
mousse和tiramisu也得分隔两三次才能用完。
主要是它没法长期保存，又不能冷冻，所以求一个可以一次性大量消耗whipping cream
的方法。
最好是可以把它变成某个保存期限长点的食物，不然感觉我会肥死。 |
