难怪全世界都讨厌大陆中国人，亚裔在加州大学的比例过高是事实，为了美国（加州）
的整体社会和谐，放出些名额给: 黑人西裔，未尝不可。
但是很多大陆毕业来美的穷鬼大陆崽，托美国liberalism的福，能到美国留学，在高科
技公司挣到钱还不满足，非要让自己后代挤满加州的公立大学，吃相之难看，和蝗虫无
异。
社会资源，是属于每一个美国人的，不管他是什么肤色。这些穷鬼大陆崽，以为在高科
技公司给资本家当高级奴隶，多挣了几万块W2，就还想吃尽资源，连点肉都不匀给其他
族裔，真是做梦。其他少数族裔一人一票，搞翻这些穷鬼大陆崽轻而易举。

没有什么是不切实际的,法律是人定的,也是人可以改变的.就比如看来庄严神圣的宪法,
在老墨成为人口主体后,一定会被改得面目全非,或者完全推翻,那时的美国就是华人的
地狱.可以预见,即使这次SCA5在各位努力下胎死腹中,以后也一定会有越来越多的类似
侵害剥夺华人权益法案被老黑老墨以及代表他们利益的民主党不断提出.我们要做的,就
是要斗争,从长远看,如何斗争?
1. 坚决反对非法老墨合法化.一是google加入NumbersUSA,可以免费反对amnesty. 二是
不投民主党票,坚决和民主党对着干,因为民主党是维护黑墨利益的,是要开历史倒车走
共产主义的老路.三是对议员要求对墨西哥边境的严格封锁,四是不断向议员和向民众宣
传提议让非法移民self-deportatation. 如何self-deportation, 很简单, 只要取消非
法移民子女出生公民权,雇佣单位E-verify(违反规定雇用非法老墨的单位给予重罚),取
消非法移民享受的教育,免费医疗, 生下小孩的福利金等各种社会福利,对租客要求提供
美国合法身份,对出租给非法移民的公寓和房东重罚.只要真正做到这几点,非法老墨没
多久就会自动从美国消失.
2. 对已经在美国的合法或者公民老墨,没有办法驱逐.只有必须立法,对出生婴儿的福利
金和减税只每个家庭限制最多3个婴儿可以享受这些福利,超过3个小孩的必须自己出钱
抚养,而不是用别人辛苦工作的纳税钱帮老墨养一大堆孩子.这种政策可以使老墨出生率
下降,然后过几代后,这批老墨逐渐割裂和墨西哥的亲属纽带,逐渐被同化,而且出生率下
降后也不会成为主体民族.

中国人要做的，更重要的是参与政治，把民主党自由派和支持老黑以及老莫非法移民的
无耻政客选下去。同时可以google NumbersUSA, 这是一个美国最大的反对非法移民合
法化的组织，可以加入免费vote against amnesty.
Houston现在人口组成有40%多的老墨，20%多的老黑，白人只有20%多。美国尤其以奥黑
为主的政治家为了一己之私，出卖美国利益，让大批非法移民合法化，必然使以后美国
主体民族成为老墨老黑为主,而白人会成为少数民族并被逐渐边缘化,而以智力和勤奋而
非体力和暴力见长的亚洲人在老黑老莫高犯罪率弱肉强食的原始丛林中求生存是非常不
容易的。白人哪怕虚伪点还会和你讲点民主人道，你想指望黑人和老墨成为主流后对你
讲民主平等人权，那是与虎谋皮，不杀你全家抢光你的钱奸淫你的女人和女儿你就要阿
弥陀佛了。况且人口素质是一个国家兴亡的本质基础，大量的老黑老墨层为美国主体后
，美国必然衰败,除非现在开始矫
正民主党自由派的非法移民政策以及对黑人的妥协纵容.
有投票选举权的国人为了自己和后代的利益，也一定要把民主党和自由派选下去。更要
把为了选票和政治捐款想让非法移民老莫合法化的卑鄙政客选下去。那些支持民主党的
投民主党和奥黑票的，如果你不是偷渡客或者吃福利的为自己短期私利而那样做，那么
你就是脑残无极限。
老墨也是很差劲的民族，不比老黑好多少，而且由于能生，比老黑更可怕。老黑的人口
比例从1776年建国到现在基本维持在12%，而老莫人口如不严加控制以后会成为美国的
主体民族。老莫是有不少打苦力的，但很多因为是非法
移民，只有打苦工才能填饱肚子。等把他们合法化，给了身份，还能指望他们象现在这
样肯干了吗？人性如此，到时候老黑吃福利的队伍又扩大新成员了。老墨犯罪率高不高
？你到加州看看，监狱里都关着老莫的名字的犯人比例非常非常高（Perez, Sanchez,
Ganzalus, Garcia.....)。休斯顿不好的小区无一例外是老墨或者老黑的比例高。如果
说老黑是散兵游勇，老墨的犯罪活动更有严格组织性和策略，手段也更残忍和无情。这
点你看看墨西
哥的斩首，分尸，吊在高速公路大桥上的尸体就知道了。美国在这样民主党纵容非法移
民，不取消非法移民出生公民权，美国30-50年以后就算完了。

今天无意中和一个白人同事聊了一下SCA 5, 没想到他反应很大，一下说了很多关于美
国亚裔的事情。这个人的背景是东欧的第二代移民，政治上中间偏蓝，PhD, 平时并不
怎么热衷政治，平时说事情也不很智慧的样子。可是他一开口我就被雷了，原来这样的
一个美国普通人对亚裔的弱点了解的那么透彻！！
简单概括一下过程：
我先问了一下他知不知道加州这个SCA 5，他说不知道, 我就简单解释了一下, 问他觉
得合理不合理。他说这当然不合理, 照顾少数裔不用这么过分, 效果不会好。然后他突
然有点激动的说: 你们 Asian 都投票给 democrats, 有这样的法案你们怪不了别人。
后来他一口气把他的看法都抖出来：
1. Asian 政治上不是 minority, 因为 Asian 都混的很好, 不需要政府照顾;
2. Technically, Asian 是 minority, 普通美国人不讨厌 Asian. Asian是模范
minority, 但是美国社会没有人在乎 Asian, 因为 Asian never complain.
3. Asian 在学校都混的很好, 一副自己很聪明的样子, 还嫌弃学校教学质量不高, 就
没想过那些老黑和墨墨的孩子
4. 在美国的一代 Asian不爱参与政治，不捐钱搞政治。二代三代被同化，成为普通人
。Asian根本没什么政治势力。
5. 从利益上来说, Asian 是最不应该支持 democrats 的 group, 但居然全力支持
democrats。Asian 政治上比老黑还傻。按他的观点，老黑也是被 democrats 骗，
democrats从来没做过什么帮老黑提高竞争力的事情，只给点短期的甜头，还常常不到
位。
6. Asian 以为 democrats 对移民更开明，其实反而是 Republican 想引入高学历
Asian 去平衡不断增加的低素质墨墨。特别是 Asian 基本都是中产，不应该支持
democrats。
我后来问他为什么有时候还投 democrats，他说是因为对某些 social 议题的认同，
但他又说他并不永远支持 democrats, 如今的 Liberalism 对美国长远利益伤的厉害
。
我问他对我有什么建议，他说了两个：(1) 多存钱，必要的时候送孩子上私立学校； (
2) 要给孩子讲讲 Liberalism 这些做法对中产阶级的害处。
整个过程大概40分钟，都是他在滔滔不绝说, 我说的不会超过5分钟。总之，他对亚裔
和华裔政治上的表现是极其的鄙视和不解。虽然这里面很多事情论坛都提过，我从来都
没想过这些居然是路人皆知的情况，唯独我们华人自己不知道。太悲剧了。

现在我们能做的就是多投票，多生孩子。
SCA5是杀人不见血的“非暴力”种族灭绝。
是要从教育和精神上把灭绝华裔合法化，是杀人不见血的软刀子。
如果不制止，不用多久昆明火车站的惨剧就会在美国的华人超市重演！
不管你来自大陆，港台，亲共还是反共，只要是黄皮都是被杀掉的理由。

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
Step 1: 下面网站里选Act Now有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这样才能壮大声势.
这两个网站都需要注册, 但是Change.org和Whitehouse.gov是最常见的请愿网站, 将
来一定该还有用到的机会, 花点时间注册并不吃亏.

可能被影响的民主党州众议员列表, 这一份名单有被精心筛选过, 确定是机率比较高,
不会让大家浪费子弹, 集中火力攻击, 先写好篇文章, 这篇下面有很多范例, 不想写直
接找一篇贴上发给对方也没关系, 最重要是让对方了解有这么多人重视这个问题, 内容
其实不重要, 简单表达意思就够. 但最好是自己能添加一些自己的意见, 能够写一篇自
己的文章是最好, 反正能够发那么多遍, 多花点时间在这里也是值得. 然后将这封信用
Email再加上Facebook用Message发给下面列表所有的人, 我自己试过发一遍, 全部发完
应该不会超过15分钟.
其中中间这种https://lcmspubcontact.lc.ca.gov/地址的要发比较特别, 一定必须要
是填该选区地址, 才能写电子邮件给他们, 不然不会让你发, 所以如果不是自己选区或
是有可用地址的就不用了.

equality means. If Democrats pass SCA-5 in the Assembly, tons of people in
California who have morals will hold this against the entire Democrat Party.

I strongly urge you to vote NO on SCA-5. Martin Luther King Jr. passed away
46 years ago. What happened to "I have a dream that my four little children
will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of
their skin but by the content of their character."? Judging students by
their skin colors is itself inherently discriminatory. We are living
individuals! We represent only ourselves. No one is over represented here.
We got admitted into universities after working our asses off for years. No
one has the right to discriminate against any individuals based on their
race. The only way to create a society with true racial equality is to stop
considering race in the admission process.
Science and higher education should be "color-blind". Decisions based on
race are not the road to prosperity, equality, or stronger feelings of self
esteem in individuals. Selections based on one's color, not one's
achievements and skills, is only working to separate our society further. It
is ill-advised to set different standards for students based on the color
of their skin. Separating kids only makes them feel inferior and that should
’nt be acceptable to anyone. We ought not say that for some ethnic students
the goal is below some other ethnic students.
Therefore I'm asking you to vote NO on SCA5! Otherwise, I think the Democrat
Party has gone over the edge and need to be voted out. Who will demand
equality and justice for all? We are a nation that was built upon the very
principles that all men, and I emphasize all are created equal. Everyone in
our community will pay particular attention to this matter.

doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. It's amazing that we still judge
people by their race. Is this really how we want to educate our future
generations? Is there ever going to be an end to racism?
It is in fact a no win situation. Children go to schools and have their GPAs
raised due to race. They later go to colleges based on fictitious GPAs.
Unfortunately professors won't be on board with this plan. Most likely they
won't be able to keep up, rank toward the bottom of the class, and quit or
drop out from schools. What a disaster it would be? This is the problem that
we call "mismatch". It is a problem verified by research.
Say No to SCA-5! Preferential treatment based on race in college admission
is not the right practice. California should not enrolled students based on
race rather than qualifications. Lawmakers need to work on bills which
applies to everyone regardless of their race for improvements in the quality
of education for poor communities or for closing the gap where students
have underachieved.

the "American Dream". That dream of a land in which life should be better

The fundamental flaw in SCA-5 is racial preferences in college admissions
harm their intended beneficiaries. We refer to this problem as "mismatch".

students would thrive had they gone to less competitive schools. As such
racial preferences lead to devastated outcomes.
In addition, having underprepared students entering colleges would greatly
diminish the quality of education. This is a lose-lose scenario. No one
should be allowed to damage our elite University of California system. Once
it is damaged it is really difficult to rebuild. Going to college is a
privilege, not a right. You would have to work hard to earn a spot.
Therefore I'm asking you to vote NO on SCA5! It is the right thing to do.
Preferential treatment based on race in college admission is not the right
practice. The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential
treatment on the basis of race.
