有个建议， 如果你想减肥， 最好不要喝diet饮料， 我有个理论， 与大家切磋。
事实一， 糖尿病病人降血糖需要胰岛素， 胰岛素增肥。
事实二， 吃饭喝饮料， 舌头感觉到食物，特别是甜味， 人体胰岛素就开始分泌。 既
然diet coke与coke一样甜， 胰岛素的分泌就应该是一样的。
事实三， 当人体意识到diet coke是cheating， 下回真的糖或食物喝下去， 胰岛素就
不会分泌足够多， 血糖增高， 体重最终上升。 这就跟“狼来了”一样， 狼真来了，
人体不反应了。
事实四，调查显示，drink more diet soda， gain more weight。

刚看了看webmd上的科普，专门说道，有的人冷的不行热的没事，有的人和别的事物掺
一起没事，有的人少量没事
我曾经也以为是温度的问题，可是后来喝lactose free的直接冰的喝也屁事没有 |

上个月因为肠胃不适带猫猫去vet，那时候觉得猫猫还挺瘦的，vet的记录是8.9磅
。做了全面检查和X-ray，就是说肠胃不适没有其他问题。
最近一个多星期，发现猫猫突然肚子变得很大，从上面俯视感觉两侧明显鼓起来，摸上
去硬硬的，体重倒没涨太多，大概9.5磅。
猫猫最近表现是：食量大了很多，精神头儿很好，但是运动不如以前多（不知道是不是
胖得懒的动，或者是天气太热不爱动）。
家里最近还有一个变化就是楼上新进了2只8周大的小猫，有半个月时间了，前一星期一
直隔离，偶尔抱大猫小猫见一面，大猫很激动一直哈。最近半个星期小猫开始允许下楼
，大猫小猫还是互相哈不过好了很多。
看了网上关于腹水的文章，很担心，不知道这样的症状是大猫发福，还是得了什么严重
的病啊？用不用再去vet看看呢？好多钱。。。

Dairy or other food intolerance
Ingestion of spoiled food

Bacterial or viral infection
Internal parasites, such as roundworms, coccidia and Giardia

时间内觉得非常压抑，缺乏动力和兴趣，每天懒懒的。 后来体检时偶然发现我严重缺
