介绍了各种关节病，还有怎么止疼之类的。这个网站美国人经常用，虽然不属于由医学
权威的网站。我们实验室要给疾病和药物作初步分类也用这个网站。
我想你可以给你妈妈打电话问问情况，根据你的判断决定是不是先取消让父母来美国的
计划，改成你回去陪陪你妈妈。毕竟旅行是很累的。看看能不能稳定一下你妈妈的情绪
，想办法先用止疼药提高你妈妈的生活质量。另外你妈妈年纪大了，说不定不全是风湿
，如果还有老年性的骨质疏松，就要补钙（我妈妈就是一度腰疼得不得了，其实是缺钙
），如果还有软组织磨损，有很多帮助软组织再生和止痛的营养品，在美国已经很多了
，国内也有，还能公费报销。不要只看中医当单纯的风湿来治疗。就好像中医曾经有个
伤寒的说法，其实是很大一类病，不知道怎么能对症下药的。哪里那么好就预见华佗了？

年龄52岁。2015年查出胰腺癌，医学专业名称叫『壶腹癌』，去年在上海瑞金医院做了
切出手术，一直恢复良好。2016年7月突然腹部疼痛，检查时发现向腹腔扩散。1、想咨
询下质子治疗的效果如何？目前质子疗法在国内仅有两台，一台在上海，一台在淄博万
杰医院。医院那边认为病人的情况不适合做。2、如果国内没有好的治疗方法，想看看
国外是否有好的治疗方法？

目前的唐氏筛查试验有两个，一个是在first trimester做的，一个是在second
trimester做的。
First trimester screening包括三个检测：
抽血查free-beta hCG和PAPP-A，外加一个B超检查的NT。
Second trimester screening包括4个检查，都是抽血查的：
AFP， hCG， uE3，和inhibin，因此又叫Quad test。

新妈竟然没意识到这个问题，在版上问了才知道是gas。我试了一些方法，现在宝宝的
gas已经好多了，回馈宝宝版，跟jmm分享一下。
首先，拍咯是很重要的。我开始没意识到这个问题，以为拍不好咯大不了就是吐奶，想
不到宝宝会这么难受，睡觉都睡不踏实，还老是哭闹。
另外，有姐妹推荐到youtube上找massage的方法，我搜了一下，有不少方法，其中我认
为最有效的就是，抓住宝宝的小腿往肚子上挤，把屁挤出来，有时候我能连续挤出来好

饮食控制和适量运动可以把血糖控制在没有危害的范围。如果不能就需要通过药物来控
