但是他们在自己行业里的percentile不会比赚10几万的索南高太多。 我office里就有
个本博HYP的土著这样损医生的。
美国医生被认为设置了太高的门槛。 普通的PCP最大本事是开转诊单和泰诺， 会读几
个report. 这点训练正常智商的人一年就训练出来了。
pre-Med什么的学生哥也带过几十个。 越是品牌医学院的， 越是文科和二代出身的多
。 让他们学个物理， 学个化学， 是比较不人道。
要么现在大家都流行用webMD, 还有微信普及了以后，直接找国内四大里的医生视频。
以前本提还讨论过regulation对经济是正面还是负面。 美国的医疗就是一个典型的例
子。 over regulated的医生board, 把很多简单的医疗服务的门槛无限拔高。 导致医
疗资源不足， 成本高涨。 最后全社会买单。
其实医生也苦。 就我家以前用过的一个PCP, 刚过110的智商， 生僻点的药剂量还要现
查google的记性。 两周不见就认不得人。 也苦熬了6年的residence才拿到执照。 其

我就没去过。
ER一次的copay $50-$100. urgent care会更便宜吗？ 管用吗？ 骨折外伤， 哮喘，
炎症之类的能处理吗？
不是最后还得踢回给医院吧。 那一点意义都没有。 大人的小毛病直接webMD + 去找药
店卖药。 小孩子的话，咱老中家长可从来不会考虑省钱省麻烦 |

年底回国，本是很高兴的一件事，没想一场车祸把我气个够呛。
年近70的父亲走在人行道，被后面窜出的自行车碰倒动弹不得。我和家人马上送他到
家附近的大型医院，检查后发现多次骨折需要尽快做手术，但医院说由于年底医生都忙
着放假没人做，拒绝接受，二话不说就让我们离开。这家医院在骨科方面不是很强，所
以对他们的恶劣态度也没在意，马上送去全省最好的医院。没想到这里也是同样的借口
，态度强硬，连住院都不愿意接受，让我们马上离开。幸好有亲戚在该医院工作，见说
不通马上叫来，才办理好住院手续，但仍坚持没有医生无法手术。回家问了问，没想到
有个远方亲戚居然是该医院副院长，于是一个电话过去，第二天就顺利做完了手术。看
着父母都是一生清白做人，还是特级教师，上个医院被如此对待，简直难以忍受。
原来准备早日回国工作，这次回去心寒了很多。想想自己在国外呆久了，本来人际关

户量不在一个数量级，不能叫同类型网站。houzz未来在于commerce做的怎么样，因为
这个市场比较大，如果能做大，可以很值钱。
千万不要以为vc是什么神仙，现在超一b估值的公司满街都是。用你的理论，也肯定是
