don't. So some accept pacifier some don't. Pacifier use also decreases
infants sudden death syndrome.. But be careful better wean it between 4 and
6 months. Prolonged use will interfere with their social interaction and
hard to wean later. After 4 month old, risk for sudden death syndrome
decreases another reason to wean at this age. |

气分析等等。can't tolerate weaning trial的，那就只好继续留在呼吸机上了。有的
人要时时刻刻在呼吸机上，就只好做气管切开，从脖子前面开个孔，让呼吸机和气管相
连（这叫tracheostomy ). 因为长期endotracheal tube经嘴里插着连呼吸机也不好。

发现她很恋这条毯子，晚上睡觉时非抱着它不肯睡。如果单单是这样也就罢了，问题是
现在送daycare，毯子一并送过去好让她可以午睡；结果老师发现这条毯子对她的抚慰
作用极强，于是自打她进了门（很自然地，小孩子刚送进去还得哭两声）就把毯子往她
手里一塞，然后一整天就让她拖着毯子跑来跑去。现在她这习惯还带回家了，本来她在
家里还可以自己玩一玩，现在出现了越来越强的抱着毯子不撒手的苗头。
虽然不是很严重的事情，可是别的小朋友都可以自己玩得好好的，她整天抱着毯子不放
也不是个事儿啊。跟老师谈过，老师也说“we are trying to wean her off the
blanket”，可是到现在也没看出他们怎样去试着wean off了。我倒是想自己逐步让她
脱离对这条毯子的依赖，但是也想不出什么好办法。有一段时间我买了一条花色和这条
毯子一样的新毯子给她晚上盖，但是骗不过她，她很清楚地知道哪条是旧的哪条是新的
——尽管我自己都不是很能分清楚。
大家有什么好建议么？怎样能让宝宝摆脱对毯子的依赖？ |

够深度睡眠。SIDS高发期在四个月之前。所以一般推荐度过了这个高发期后Wean孩子。
过久使用影响孩子的Social和语言发育。太大了Wean也不好戒掉。

安顿下来，而支持党妈领导的小将 来美时间不长大多还在读书 思想还留在中国大陆。
小将里面，除去邓产党贪二代贪三代 毛产党军二代军三代这些死硬分子是没有可能变
成老将的之外，其他五毛和自干五的问题我估计多半是因为 断奶效应 (weaning
syndrome)。因为从小在中国这块农耕文明的地儿长大的，农耕社会的统治结构从来就
是一棵树，办个啥事都要找政府找上级，于是心理定势认为 现在这棵以党中央为根节
点的统治树 是天经地义滴，没有这棵树是违反天理伦常滴，刚失去这棵树的时候是浑
身不自在滴。
小将们甫到美帝这嘎达，管它美帝这儿是民煮柿油也好，是宪政法治也好，是硅谷华尔
街也好，空降过来一准是没了可以倚靠的大树了。美帝政府管你F1/F2/H1/H4的死活？
