simple math operation. So I do not want to put that numbers in my post. But
I will add some comments on why those rates go up or down. This will help
people to sense the pulse of market. Just so busy for last few weeks so I

了。

生完快11周了，比怀孕前重35磅。心情见头像。。。。。
出了月子一直自己带孩子，喂奶，老公下班帮忙。不过他下班都10点了，主要还是我带
，晚上到是不用我起夜。
8周产假休完回去上全天班，上了俩礼拜了，不喂奶了已经，下班自己带孩子，老公也
帮忙。早饭中饭正常吃，早饭脱脂牛奶,水果，一两片全麦面包抹酸奶或者hummus之类
的，中午一点粗粮，菜，肉，晚上就是蔬菜水果，可能还有一点酸奶。（天地良心，我
怀孕的时候差不多也这么吃的，还长了50磅，没有孕糖，没有孕吐）
孩子8点睡下后，做家务，跟着DVD锻炼一小时大概，就算隔一两天练一次吧。
就这样还是出月子时候的体重，哪怕瘦一磅鼓励一下我也行啊！
求生完以后，一年内成功瘦身的mm们来说说都咋瘦的？？？BSO也行！
