每年会有几天到十天闻到臭味。有人觉得这个没问题，有人会骂娘，都见过。上班的时
候每年也有几天到十天闻到臭味，同样有人觉得没问题，有人骂娘。
有些人说1/3时间都会闻到臭味。我猜这些人是每天上下班走880，但并没有住在warm
springs。这两者差别是很大的。楼主既然要买房，这么大的投资你自己多花点时间实
地观察一下也是应该的。 |

highlander 车牌是5RWS088 侧面撞到一辆金属色的Sienna，应该是是这俩highlander
的责任，Sienna停在路边了，Highlander要接着开，我就滴了她两声，看长相是个女印
度人，后来她右转进了旁边的76加油站，我跟着她，又滴了她两声，记下了她的车牌照
，没想到她从加油站出来右转上了warm springs blvd, 然后上了左转去mission blvd
的车道就开走了，我要去送孩子上学也就没有跟着她。 不知道那辆Sienna里面是不是
中国人，我看到那辆车左侧有非常长的划痕。 Highland右侧Bumper凹进去一块。 遇到
这样的事应该咋办，要报告警察吗？ |

worth of HR data, it was pretty clear that it usually takes me about 2.5 -
3 mi to warm up - by that I mean my HR stabilizes and drop at least 5 bmp
in the next mile, and drop a few more as I continue. By then I can run
without worrying about HR over the self imposed limit, and even need to
speed up a little to maintain the same HR.

part, but the initial slow jog. everybody is different, but i know too well
that i need minimally a mile to warm up, i have HR data to back that up.
if one knows something is wrong for sure and then goes ahead, to me that's
the very definition of stupidity. i brought this injury to my self knowingly
, it was no accident. the lesson i learned is one HAS to be disciplined when
it come to training. |

at all, and felt like dying. These days I take my time to warm up fully. For
instance, in my tempo run this Tuesday, I started as slow as 10:00 pace and

down to 6:18 six miles later.
