2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果
他一直留在国外，成就未必就比饶差。谁把饶益的文章列一列。国内多少篇，总共多少
篇，培养了多少中国学生？

Synaptotagmin现在是个平常的人，双手双脚，双眼双耳，毫无过人之处。
近日，却惹上了官司。
至于结果，他将被赐鸩而死。
明天，清早鸡鸣之刻，就是行刑之时。
三更已过，还有几个时辰。
此刻他万念俱灰，端坐在Vesicle Membrane上，一如既往。Vesicle这个大热气球飞
来飞去，不小心撞上满是废油污染的海面后，满肚子的坏水就往外流。于是Synaptotagm
in仿佛等待拯救的海鸟一般，周身不能动弹，耷着脑袋数沙子。
不过大多数时候，他倒是清闲，看周围的繁忙交通，人群，车辆来来往往。它们和
我一样，都是过客，他想，而且我比它们看得更开通。然后就是笑。
Synaptotagmin虽平庸，却不明白为何Complexin会和他过不去——更可笑的是那理
由：抢他的Ca小姐！ 普天之下那么多，谁不要，我干吗要他的？！加之收买诸多枪手，

buffer，或者detergent提？？
我遇到的问题是，细胞处理1小时就看到vesicle了，6个小时看到很多，体积也逐渐变
大的autophagosome,可是wester-blot就是看不到Lc-3II的增加，随着时间增加，
vesicle逐渐减少，却开始看到lc-3II的蛋白条带了，请问这正常么？？
我用0.5%triton-x 100然后挺强的sonication裂解的细胞，我担心的是autophagosome
膜上的蛋白不能完全裂解出来，所以请教大家。
看到有人用SDS, Urea什么的裂解，有必要么？？
