不过现在好像水泡还集中在腰腹，后背也有点，有些刺痛，但不痒，昨天刚刚发现的。
这是什么原因引起的阿？前几天有过ONS（和老外），是不是被传染的？有点发烧，我
还以为是AIDS呢。
现在人在美国，不知道该怎么办？是不是应该马上去医院马？没有保险。费用很高吗？
可以自愈吗？
是不是不能耽误阿？

水痘，病毒重新被activated了。我看你是瞎诊断。
你不去医院可以先去urgent care看看嘛

I am not judgmental, you do whatever you want to. Use protection when ONS.
Also suggest you get HIV tested regularly if you have multiple sexual
partners.
If you are young and shingles are diagnosed, definitely get tested for HIV
since usually the reactivation occurs in immunocompromised people like on
steroids, diabetes, or HIV. | a**********2

department to get hiv test, some also have free std testing.

for shingles. But you still need to go to see a doctor. Go to ER if you have
no insurance, there you can get medication. You need acyclovir, ifn, and
pain meds if it is truly shingles.

我还是去检测下STD吧。
另外，去ER看，不是很贵吗？大概要多少费用阿？多谢。

will receive a huge bill. You may be able to dispute it, I am not sure how.
Since you have no insurance, I don't want you to pay anything for that.
Or you can go to see a doctor in a free clinic. Just google free clinic.

但治疗应该不免费吧？找了家最近的医院看了下，貌似他们是收费的。如果是自费治疗
，大概要花多少钱啊？治疗的方法是不是和普通的SHINGLS差不多啊？
我初步估计自己是HIV感染引起的带状疱疹，因为普通的带状疱疹貌似都是中老年人，
而且是免疫低下的，我经常健身，身体应该是不错的。
如果STD或HIV为阳性，我该怎么办啊？是不是意味着就得了AIDS 了，就快死了？
FREE CLINIC 我找了下，貌似都是有些附加条件的，都不是很方便。

result.
Back to your question, HIV testing in any health department is free, even in
ER, it's also free. Some health department provides free STD testing or
with very cheap price as well.
As for HIV treatment, in the case if positive and no insurance, there are
many programs that you can ask for help. There might be a waiting list. But
even if positive, it doesn't mean you need immediate treatment, current
guideline still remains controversial about when treatment should started,
so don't panic.
For shingles, if you go to ER or free clinic, the social worker or case
manager usually will help you get free medications. Again, don't self
diagnose. 1. We don't know whether it is shingles. 2. Even it is, it doesn't
mean you are HIV positive. Many conditions can cause temporary immune
depression, like stress. HIV is just one of them, not the only one.
Last point, even if HIV positive, it doesn't mean AIDS. Shingles is not an
AIDS-defining disease. You will live a normal life.
Please calm down. Stop HIV paranoia. No matter what it is, it is manageable
or curable with
current medicine.
