sumo deadlift对form要求比较高,刚开始时180 3reps,结果185愣是提不起来,花了
很长时间练form,慢慢才纠正过来。开始要有耐心。
我也很能吃,大部分时间 vegies+chicken+nuts。没有控制量。
也就cut过一次,不过好久之前了。

关于饮食,我采取高蛋白,低碳水,低糖的方法,每天12-15oz
salmon/shrimp/tofu/chicken breast/steak, 2 cups of vegies, 1 fruit, 1
slice of wheat bread+low fat cream cheese, 10 raw almonds, 8 oz
unsweetened soy milk.
运动,我每天做一个小时的cardio/yoga/strength, 有时候还会走一个小时。
大家觉得我有什么需要改善的?多谢了~

For us Chinese it is common to sit down to have a dinner of various
vegetable dishes, but after my kids went to daycare then school, I found
their "meals" mostly are processded food. They do have salad but these raw
things were mostly threwn away and no one was asked to eat vegies before
fried chicken.

,一点韩国泡菜。

fish soup 1 碗---100卡。关键看里面有多少油和盐。

oyster 2 个--怎么做的?巨油的就300卡
vegi-tempura 3 件---500卡,油炸的!!!
fruit 1 盘---200卡
一共2700卡。

前三天坚持得不错,终于又掉了一点。今天吃饭的时候不停地提醒自己要控制住,不要放松。还是买了一个小的fruit tart奖励自己,把水果和cheese filling吃了,饼皮咬 了两口,仍了。没想到的是salad 里的couscous的热量也很高,1/3 cup就有220 卡。今天的热量可能会超。看来晚上只能吃蔬菜了。甜品还是不能碰啊。
