1）食材，羊肉，其实美国猪肉味道太大，没有国内那种肉香味，倒是一股莫名其妙的
猪大肠味。而且猪肉里相对而言激素含量高。所以不如牛羊肉。其实美国羊肉还是可以
的，虽然没有新西兰澳大利亚羊肉味道好。但是相对而言，其实价格不高，而且味道也
说的过去。
一般LOCAL的超市都有，米国的羊肉有LAMB和VEAL（靠，记错了，这个是小牛肉，我擦
。这些年我以为是羊肉），至今我也不明白这两个啥区别。我就知道LAMB有羊羔的意思
，就姑且当羊羔肉吃吧。
好的羊排还是挺贵的，家主（夫/妇）们也不能见天儿吃这玩意。但是很多地方有一种
半瘦不肥的类似牛肉大块的羊肉。一般定价6.99～7.99，但是经常打折。所以，价格都
在3～4刀/LB浮动。这个羊肉就很好，肉很多，又带一点儿骨头。
但是这个羊肉烧出来油比较大，所以要配一些吃油的辅菜，美国的就用那种ORGANIC的
小胡萝卜。2刀一包，也不算太贵。中国的就用亚洲超市里的东笋头或者冬笋片就可以
了。
2）准备。这个主要是要把羊肉用热水抄一下，米国宰杀牛羊很少放血，而且都是电锯

Sauvigon，好喝啊。特别问了，产
地是santa cruz mountains。不知道是感觉到了还是确实好，这款比以前买的Napa酒都
好喝。本来想临走前再问一下怎么

1.在奶牛场中，因为雄性的小牛对牛奶生产无用，导致它们往往在出生第一天时就被强
行与母亲分离。它们会被锁在很小的畜栏中几个星期，由于失去母亲而感到绝望，满心
恐惧。小牛只被喂食营养不足的牛奶代替品，以至于它们都不幸地患有贫血病。这是经

Canned meat is allowed entry, except beef, veal, lamb, mutton, venison, elk,
bison, etc., from countries affected by bovine spongiform encephalopathy (
BSE).
特别提到了猪肉：
Pork should be commercially canned and labeled in unopened containers.
看来只要肉类加工厂罐装密封的基本没有问题，但是一定要申报，不然可能有最高到1

Michelin One star. Australian / German.
Went there for the $27 3 course deal. For appertizer, we both had the soft
poached egg on the lobster. Very tasty and the lobster meat was cooked to
perfection.
For main course, I had the flat iron, which tasted like typical beef stew.
My friend had the veal cutlet, which tasted like 炸猪排.
Everything is on the salty side. But it is worth the experience to try a
different type of cuisine you have never tried.

巴西烤肉buffet。
进门时候把价钱听错了，以为十四块九毛五呢（其实是四十九块九毛五），一边吃一边
感叹，太好吃了，太便宜了，这餐馆这样下去肯定要倒闭啊。鸡心，鸡腿，sirloin
steak，rib都很赞，倒不是很喜欢Filet Mignon。没有veal，但是有虾，还有烤菠萝，
hoho。免费的炸香蕉，puff和炸玉米糊（不知道名字是什么）也都很好吃。没有试
desert（单独算钱的），但是看到好多人都点了，好像很不错。
虽然最后被账单吓了一跳，总体感觉还是很好的。以后还是吃午饭吧（大概没有鸡心，
虾和菠萝），晚饭太贵了。 |
