现在大部分车行也都有低于厂家msrp的自己的价格,no haggle price也好 upfront
price也罢
无非是想用单一的fair price把优惠让给消费者。让购车过程简单,双赢。
但像您这样的买家又怎么说?不是还是觉得只要不是全美最低价,价格就是太高,车行
就是太黑吗?
还是我那句话,对钱看不开的,眼界也高不到哪去,眼界不高的境界也就别提了。

现在绝大部分车行给的非新上市车型,基本都是一开始就给一个优惠价,有的叫true
price,有的叫 upfront price, no haggle price, one price,internet price 等等
等等
关键是消费者不买单。有些觉得这个价格还有水分还需要再砍,有的觉得买车没有讲价
肯定就是亏了,有的觉得这个价格比我听到的价格高所以这个价格有问题。 这些人的
出发点本身就有问题,他们认为听到的最低价是他们能接受的最高价。
记得我以前贴过我们集团的新车利润目标,算下来每台四百多块,意思是如果卖一台能
赚400总部就偷笑了,结果一帮人马上跳出来说我的图是photoshop的,说这是本年度最
大笑话之类的
因为他们的预设立场本身就有问题,所以看到一切其他的即便是事实他们也都不相信
就好比我另一帖贴的木星,
谁一开始愿意相信这个比地球大n倍的太阳系内最大的行星主要是气体组成的?

想租今年款的330i
在附近的dealer网站上找到辆喜欢的,因为对颜色比较挑,所以选择很小,package看
起来很鸡肋(本身不需要那些navigation的东西),自己不太了解,如下:
Wheels: 18 x 8.0 Fr & 18 x 8.5 Rr (Tires: P225/45R18 Fr & P255/40R18 Rr
Mixed Perf, Increased Top Speed Limiter)
请懂行的朋友指教下这啥东东?
第一次谈,dealer给的最原始的数据如下:
地点:湾区(南)
MSRP: 43240
Adjusted Cap Cost: 39336
RV: 62%
MF: 0.00134
Initial cost: 109
Upfront fee: 361
Total sales tax: 1342
Amount due at start: 950
Total monthly payment: 473 (with tax)

第一次过去只砍到了400加税就砍不下去了。

最好还是按sale price , money factor这么谈,要不然除非你很有经验,还是很有可
能被dealer绕进去。
安不同州,有些tax/fee一定要upfront一次交清的,tax如果算进monthly的话,很多时
候也是XXX per month + tax这么写不直接算进去的。细节太多,所以说还是别直接按
月付谈

said, volvo dealership should have been upfront with you about the
examination cost.
Keep in mind that dealership may not always get reimbursed from manufacturer

I really don't think selling or leasing a car makes any different to dealer
about making profit out of the car itself.
The only difference is leasing means you have to finance through dealer only
so the dealer has more room or items to play trick. Also, if you are local
to the dealer, leasing means you may have to lease another one after the
term ends, so the dealer may want to make a nice number to hook you up for
long term. It is just a theory from what I experienced.

evoque 2017 se, Cold Climate Convenience Package (Heated Front & Rear Seats,
Heated Steering Wheel, Heated Windshield, Heated Windshield Washer Jets),
upfronts due of $1,817.03 for 33 months 12k miles per year.
The payment comes out to 458 a month including all taxes fees registration
etc. No other hidden fees.

不客气,通常来说,新款车在这个时候RV能有58%就很不错了,越高越好,想找哪个高
你得自己翻一翻那个论坛,基本所有车型的RV和MF都有,而且都是在该车型置顶的帖子
。通常豪华车RV会高一些,但MF也会高一些,豪华品牌,0 down 36/10, 月供1%的MSRP
,就是一个不错的价格了。注意我说的0 down不是0 drive off,分清楚。非豪华品牌
,好砍价的美国车,如果RV不错,比如56%以上,估计能做到0.8% MSRP甚至更低,取决
于你的砍价功力,当然决定性的还是RV。举个例子,我5月份lease了一个17的Traverse
, MSRP 3万8,0 down,36/10, 每个月275,大概只有0.73%的MSRP。
我不知道你说的deal是什么,是dealer给的报价还是它网站的广告?再说一次,广告是
扯淡的,想lease任何一辆车,先去看RV和MF,然后自己心里有个书,然后用计算器算
一下,自己定个大概的月供价格,就知道应该砍多少了,然后去问dealer,selling

不要把tradein 的钱都当作down 算进adjusted cap cost 顶多付个upfront fee
记得0 down。用这笔钱付月供。否则车被偷 或者total 你这钱就没了

如果车被抢,被偷,total,保险公司赔lease company, 但你一分down也拿不到,有
这钱可以放10个MSD降MF。

写上谢谢购买啥的,并写上 序列号 UPC,和return policy
弄个模板
降低evil几率
买过几百件东西,碰到过一个ebay卖家,是这么做的 觉得非常专业 就检查货品后马上给了

估计如果有问题 也会去follow policy,不会随便开个case
这个背后的argument或者theory就是,你必须把你强硬和专业的态度communicate给买
家,但是你
不能在他们买的时候太强硬,以免降低 WTP (willingness to pay),而是在ex post
收到的时
候,让他们感觉 你是一个serious seller,出了问题会follow through。
你最终是否去follow through并不重要,重要的是你communicate the message
upfront.

大桥,对大牛说不。不过如果我知道现在手里的东西很有前景,我也一定不会放弃自己
写R03的机会,当然不是靠R03的那仨瓜俩枣来救命拿tenure,而是因为R03的结果可以
用来做Pilot data继续申请R01,而如果全盘给了大老板,自己拿R01的机会就没有了。
另外关于‘缺乏独立领导能力’的意思是说new investigator应该试图先去拿一些小一
点的项目,而不是上来就搞R01。每个刚独立的人应该有一个自己的strategic plan,
我自己就是这方面做的不好,吃了很多亏。
至于怎么处理跟大老板的关系,见仁见智。如果是我,我一定会跟他很upfront:I
definitely would love to write a R01 with you. I am already working on a R03
that focuses on ...。Let's figure out a strategic way to get both grants

it is usual in China. I would suggest you give them a hand. there are a few
possible resolutions:
1) as mentioned already by someone else, let your mom come to here and help
you taking care of your baby, and babysit a couple of other children to make
some money
2) give them upfront financial support of 50% of what they asked, let them
borrow the other 50% from others. you may help them pay that 50% off in the
future

可以起诉。我觉得每人可以捐BUFFET的饭钱,就可以把这个案子打到底,要请好的专业
律师,将UCSD和那个教授列为公同被告。
我个人估计最后的结果是UCSD会跟原告私下达成赔偿和道歉协议,因为NEGATIVE PUBLICITY是
任何大学,特别是公立大学,绝不想得到的,那个教授也会受到相当的惩罚。
有人说那个教授,系和学校会推卸责任什么的,这是BS,那个实验室网站的内容教授和

onestopmotors.com给我打电话。
说他们可以帮我打广告卖车,他们通过给买家贷款来赚钱。买家主要是一些信用差的,
别处没法贷款,就得找他们贷。估计利息挺高的。
听起来不错,可是都要几百刀的upfront fee。如果他们能卖出去,这几百刀也值。可
是不知他们是不是骗子。Google了一下,信息挺少的。特别是www.

Breakfast is very important. However, I strongly advise you to go through a
few points to figure out the real motive for the complaint.
1. Is your sex good? At least it should be at average level. Don't tell me
your LD is too busy to have energy to do it or he just doesn't want to do it
with you as your sex is too boring.
2. Does anything you've done makes he feel very bad but he feel not easy to
communicate upfront with you.

I am about to sublet a room from a guy. After I saw the room and discussed
some detail about subletting I show some interest of subletting and he also
said would like to sublet to me. But the move in day would July 1st, so he
said before I give him upfront the total rent, he require a deposit of 200
dollars for holding the room and not showing to other potential tennant. I
only knew his name and I don't even know whether he owns the room or not. I
