签证的时候, consular officer说在check clear之前相当于我在有关部门的记录里有
an unresolved case, 这会导致我在入境的时候有困难. 但是她说因为我的B签证还是
valid, 所以也不是说我就不能入境, 但是她说她无法guarantee我一定能入境. 她最后
说 (原话) 'They (border control officers) will give you a hard time.'
想问一下有人遇到过类似的情况吗?

，于2013年11月递交i140（EB1b）,12月递交i485和EAD/AP申请。2014年1月i140批下，
当月打指纹，2月收到EAD/AP。4月份收到RFE，看完信才知移民局的官员犯浑以为我是
EB2，要我提交材料证明我排期当前。于是让律师整理材料后于4月25日递交RFE材料。
然后就是石沉大海。
在9月之前的4个月里，找了一个议员，还自己发了E-Request和打电话给USCIS询问，另
外还求律师想办法，用尽各种办法。得到的答复就是still under review。后来律师通
过一个专线电话（可能律师才有资格用的，我不清楚是什么号码）询问，被告知是把我
的case归到EB2了，根本没人理了。于是我把律师的信件打印，外加其他的证据（证明
我的case处理时间超期），重新找了另外一个议员，请他们明确告诉USCIS在我的case
里的失误，并要求他们尽快纠正失误，批准我的case。该议员办公室很卖力，很快就发

大多数时间在版上潜水，其间发过1次EAD求bless，2次485求bless，自从寄出了485，
基本上每天上来看一下，已经变成了一种习惯。等待485确实是最郁闷的一段时间，因
为你自己完全无法掌控进度。
