联系了议员，上周收到转发的TSC的如下回复。请帮忙参考有没有什么有用的信息。
貌似强调了很多关于public safety and national security的调查，不知道这是指的
什么内容？是FBI的背景调查还没有结果？

At this time, USCIS records confirm that the cases for the constituents are
pending at TSC. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a
timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national
security and compliance with all relevant directives. While the processing
steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small
percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in
adjudication delays. For example, if our review reveals an issue that may
impact an individual's eligibility for the requested immigration benefit,
further inquiry is needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview
and/or contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive
information.
We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the I-
485 application will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on this I-485
once certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues
as soon as possible.
We understand that the constituents may be frustrated by the progress of
this case. However, USCIS must balance individual inconvenience against
broader issues of public safety and national security. |

前几天问了国会议员，今天收到下面的回复，也没什么实质内容。
According to the Texas Service Center your case is undergoing further
security checks and once those have been completed they will contact you.

week. My 485 is in TSC RD 3/12/2015. Perhaps our cases are forgotten so
they find a excuse? |

发帖数: 825 | 6 我NSC 4月初的RD。今天也刚得到议员的回复，说是pending background check。前面
的SR连续3次pre-adjudicated,最后一次收到SR回复后给T2打电话，他又帮我做了一次
followup SR，得到回复是in line to be reviewed by an officer.反正各种模板回复

assigned to offier就更快了，一般一个月多点就有消息。

。我的理论就是所有这些都是他们搪塞的模板，要么就是workload太多实在忙不过来，
要么就是看我不顺眼想多拖些日子。
你的有什么消息？好像你是4月2号的，比我还早几天。
