than traditional cone speakers as far as I can tell --- the clarity is
unmatched by the traditional speakers, although I think ML ElectroMotion is
probably even better in clarity. However I think Maggie 1.7 is very
sensitive to the quality of amplifiers. Yesterday I audited Maggie 1.7 first
on a 1600 amplifier and then a 16,000 one, definitely heard the difference.

and you see a risk of higher bracket in 20 years, you can
stop right there.
Roth IRA before unmatched 401K, I agree with that. But maximize
401K obviously saves the tax up front. And if you have too much
money when you retire, you always have the option to give it to
your children. Not maximize 401K, however, is tax money forever

thing. For me, if my tax bracket is 15%, I will definitely not
contribute a penny in the unmatched 401k. I believe the cash I
save can easily earn back a mere 15% up-front tax saving. In fact,
if I invest the money in long-term index fund in a regular account,
I almost lose nothing compared to 401k. But now I have the benefit
to use the money anytime I want without penalty.

现在基本上我算是定下来了，再说一些感想：
第一是经验很重要。我前三个onsite全部fail掉了，但是后两个都拿到，
我想是因为后来自己经验多了，很多问题得心应手。每次面试之后我都自己
做一个总结，把一些需要改进的地方想一遍。刚开始的失败对大多数人来说
都是难免的，我也很沮丧过，但是后来渐渐就看到提高了。我有很多IB的电话
面试，但是都没有任何下文。但要看到积极的一面，至少后来我口语提高了，
对那些问题不惧了。因此要多把握机会，不要太在乎结果。
第二是心态。不能着急，要平和一些。当时H1B用完之后我倒开始不着急了，
心态平和，有点死猪不怕开水烫的感觉。这样倒能够自如对应付那些面试。
觉得自信了很多。要多看到积极的一面，注意提高自己的面试能力，相信自己。
第三是一定要准备充分。简历很重要。我经常修改，因为每次都遇到不同的
问题需要改进。现在去的这个公司，我第一次是被拒掉的，background unmatched，
后来朋友帮助推荐，告诉我简历需要重写，不止是简单的修改，我照他的意思
办了，后来结果不错（当然内部推荐是很重要的）。不同 |

Zynga's employee base is already bigger than Facebook, before IPO. Plus it doesn't pay very well besides the stock options. I do feel it is not the best place to work, certainly not comparable to Google.
