1) Senior position: 4 out of 5 applications are being scheduled for phone
interview. (the interview will much likely focus on c/c++ concept/design/
writing code, so stay sharp :))
2) I also got quite a few interests from fresh graduates, whom I have
directed to the junior position. that will the company-wise hire/interview/
training. c/c++ is not a strict requirement, interview can be about general
programming/problem solving, depend on the experience.

balance for the loan (title company can), but you do can find out info about
how many liens(loans), lien holder (lenders) info, when started and how
much. unless the money was borrowed from a person, all notes for liens are
public records. you have to know how to find out. a real good agent should
know that. On the other hand, unless this is a short sale or very close to a
short sale, those info doesn't really help you much.

ask him on site.
2. Regarding the comments, you can ask your agent.
3. If you don't agree with the report, you can file the dispute but most
likely the chance to win is very tiny.
4. Lender will not explain the report unless you have dispute or errors on
the report which they will create the case to appraiser to modify.

other state's form. By the language in that form, a signed offer to
purchase is a signed contract that is binding unless one of the
contingencies listed in the offer was met. The seller could not use a

Most people recover in 1-2 weeks with or without treatment. Unless you have
