区域的边角可以掀起来看，但我们都看不出什么门道。当天就让我们的agent想办法跟
listing agent联系，可是也许是因为已经有人下了一个offer，listing agent迟迟都
没有给答复。于是我们昨天也递了一个offer上去，但今天收到回复说"the basement
floors are uneven that's why they are covered. It is being sold as is."却对
我们的offer没有做任何评价。
请问这个uneven floors是不是大问题？另外递offer的人据说已经请inspector来看过
了，但我们也不知道看过的结果是怎么样。这种情况下我们还需要继续争取这个房子吗
？这个房子其它各方面我们都比较满意。 |

声音比较难形容，是闷闷的蹬蹬蹬蹬或者是嗡嗡嗡嗡的声音。我查了胎压，有点偏高，
稍微放了点气到正差范围，还是没什么改善。
另外，做rotation的时候，dealer让我做alignment，说是四个轮子unevenly wear。我
看了一下没有什么uneven，就没做。后来找了一个比较熟的车铺简单看了一下，也说没
有不正常的磨损。表面看轮胎也没有什么损坏。当时没注意到车子行驶时的那种奇怪声
音所以也没让那个车铺细查。但是回家路上感觉声音也是蛮明显的，请教各位可能是什
么问题？谢谢！ |

车的方式是整个车放在拖车的平板上，然后绑住4个轮胎，车是sedan 前驱。到了车铺
，诊断是starter该换了，于是换了starter，车子可以照常开。1个月后发现车子的后
边两个轮胎出现uneven surface，不是旁边鼓出来个包，而是很明显的车胎靠里侧和靠
外侧的轮胎表面不平了。把后边两个胎换下来，然后将前边两个胎换到后面，前面再换
上新胎。结果不到1个月，后面的胎又出现uneven surface。请问有经验的朋友们，这
是怎么回事？是因为车子被拖车公司伤害到车的alignment了吗？还是其他地方有问题
了？
现在已经把车做了alignment service，但是仍然担心开1个月车胎会毁坏。根据
alignment数据显示，两个前胎都向右偏斜2.5度的样子，后胎有一点偏斜，但仍处于
spec中。大家觉得前胎偏斜会把后胎损坏么？还有可能是其它什么原因？非常感谢！ |

我之前也遇到过类似的学生，不过在过 qualify 之前就看出兆头，送客走人了。这位
也很厉害，抱着“人有多大胆，地有多高产”的想法，常常觉得“不怕做不到，只怕想
不到”。这就是美利坚中小学教育出来的偏执狂，基本功很差，但心比天高。做不出来
，结果心情从天上掉到地下，两个礼拜不来，邮件不回。后来终于走进我办公室。我想
，看你如何交代，结果她一脸阴沉，递上来一张纸，一看，原来医生证明，说伊精神压
力太大，nerve breakdown, which leads to uneven heartbeat。靠，我还不能用强了
，否则她可不去告我逼疯她。后来她振作起来，想认真地做，但我看清她本质，坚决地
扫地出门，拿 master 走人。
