rooms. But in terms operating cost in the long term. mini-splits would be
cheaper. Though you have 8 rooms, I doubt all 8 would be used at the same
time. especially at night. If only 3 rooms are used, min-dsplit allows you
to only turn on only those, saving you energy bills. furthermore, with
central AC, almost 30% of the energy is wasted while travelling thru
ductworks..

. The color will be added to the finish coat. Hua means scratch by the
surface fast and leave an uneven layer of stucco, which is both the last
coat and your texture. The ket to perform this thing is to put a thin layer
on the tool, whichever you use, strach it evenly and fast. You may want to

Maybe the house was built when that year 2007 was dry. Then during those
years, the weather got wet. The mud under tha house then gets softer,
causing uneven settling. Or, when the house was built, the dirt was dry and
then got rain.

only. Do you refer to cool season grasses or warm season grasses? In
general, warm season grasses are cut much shorter than cool season grasses.
That said, warm season grasses probably don't have that much of a winter to

我不知道toilet valve 坏了，toilet valve就是那个冲马桶的那个金属链子连着的橡
胶吧，我们用的时候没有问题，没有听到哗哗的不断的水声，也没有漏水到地面上。说
漏水到subfloor引起的损坏，话说，如果明显漏水到地上，我难道看不出来吗。

Here are the following reasons,
1. you mentioned "we broke the toilet valve", I guess the toilet valve you
mentioned is "shut off valve", it is made of metal, and there is no way and

刚刚做了一个明年报税的estimate,发现W4 withhold太少，已近withhold的税比欠的要
少一万多美元。这样就会有underpayment penalty. 仔细看了所以的waive和exception
, 对我家的情况都不成立。
请问：
1.年底之前还有哪些办法可以至少减少要叫的税？（已经考虑要卖有的股票做$3000的
capital loss了）
2.有哪些办法可以让underpayment penalty低一些？看了网上有文章说让annual
income uneven (正好是我的情况），但是不是太清楚如何操作。
3.这种情况是不是要找个tax accountant?我过去几年都是自己用报税软件自己报。 |
