OK , I ll try to explain, but I may be wrong. If I am wrong ,correct me PLZ.
there is a sensor, senses the fluid level. when u brake, the force of
inertia will push oil to the front of engine, make a uneven level. The lower
level portion will trigger the sensor. This happens when you dont change ur
oil for a long time or you have a leakage issue.check the level.
If there is enough oil, I will go to a shop to do a further diagnose, and be
prepared to expect something unexpected. |

冬天transmission 顿感很强，然后2007Civic有uneven tire wear problem，对Honda
稍有失望。
目前依然准备在Rav4和Crv中间选一个。
有兄弟姐妹能提供一些建议么，比如说各个车的优劣。建议其他可替代的车型也行，预
算低于3万$。
比如Toyota真有刹车距离比较长，刹车比较容易坏的问题么？
另外听说Toyata比Honda车安静，真的么？

便开了一下Q7，谈谈感受：
1. 12寸的显示屏真是亮瞎狗眼，我非常喜欢，这些tech的东西奥迪做得真不错，比朋
友的IS350的强太多了，相比之下LEXUS的UI感觉是80年代的。
2. 四轮转向很牛逼，U TURN的时候感觉跟S5一样灵活，完全感觉不到是大车。
3. 发动机和变速箱很smooth，虽然换档比不上STRONIC，但是买菜车顺滑最重要。
4. wheel太丑。
5. steering wheel垂直方向上感觉有点off center.
6. 外观太minivan。
看到版上讨论Q7 VS XC90，虽然我没开过XC90，但是就冲着powertrain我就会选Q7，这
个3.0T基本完美，动力强劲可靠性高。唯一的小问题是secondary intake会有积碳的问
题，不过奥迪给这个warranty延长到12年12万迈了，也不是问题了。 |

这个问题在2014（还是2015？）年以前的福特几乎大部分的太公四驱车上，以SUV居多
。包括Escape，Edge，Explorer，Flex，MKT，MKZ 等。轿车上也有发生但相对较少，
可能是因为SUV车重负荷大的原因。很多车在40000 mile以内就出现这个问题了。
福特对此的态度是不召回。dealer发现有问题的车，没出保就免费给修，出保了就让自
己掏钱修。如果发现有问题但不很严重（不至于危及行车安全）又快出保的，dealer就
故意隐瞒，拖到下次保养（已出保）再告诉用户要换。
据说造成这个问题的原因是PTU的“cheap design”。前后轮磨损不同可能会加速PTU
failure但绝对不是主要原因（This problem is accelerated by uneven tire wear）。
你很不幸碰到了一个特别恶劣的福特dealer。你可以再去别的福特dealer那里看看。如
果不放心的话，把轮胎都换了再去。也可以投诉丫一把。 |

开到了买车的那家dealer那。他家不是Ford dealer，但sales打了个电话到旁边的Ford
dealer，貌似就把这事摆平了，说是算是保修以内。sales也说之前那家检查车的
dealer就是想赚你钱，才把轮胎uneven说成了主要原因。
看来还是得买车的那家dealer，毕竟这车trade in时他们估计已经赚到了，现在如果我
在他家再换车的话，这车的记录就是刚卖走又退回，也不好看。如果能让Ford保修，算
是双赢了。
今天去得晚，还没开始修，据说要明后天换好新的PTU，但愿不要出什么幺儿子吧。关
于轮胎的问题，打算换好PTU后再问问。不是后轮比前轮新嘛，我目前打算是把前后轮
交叉对调。因为前轮一般磨损厉害，估计过不多久它们就变even了。
换好PTU后，再考虑买个extended warranty，保证接下来的一段时间内，哪怕出问题也
可以保修。不知道能保到什么时候，反正如果没得保了，我就及早把它卖了。

和labor总共1377刀，Ford的Power train warranty全部cover。
之前那家Ford dealer说因为我们缺乏维护，轮胎uneven，导致PTU坏了，不给cover，
还报价2000刀换，还让我们另加980刀换4个轮胎，否则下次再坏还不给修。现在看来实
在是有点黑啊。
保险起见，我们还是做了前后轮cross rotation，还做了alignment，花了108刀。
