One of the weaknesses of the forcing NT is that both opener and responder’s
hands are wide ranging in terms of strength and distribution. Opener, for a 2
of a minor rebid , may be balanced, or unbalanced and has anywhere from a
shapely 10 HCP to a hand just shy of a jump shift. Meanwhile, responder has
anywhere from 5-12 HCP and lots of possible shapes. How does the partnership

Double and subsequently lack of suit bid means no natural alternative, which ruled out a unbalanced hand. I cannot see why he never had bid 3NT with a relatively balanced hand,
unless he had a four card major, presumingly not spades.
To call director only after an unfavorable result is no RP. |

personally, I will bid 4c as your pd, if I am awake, or 5c if I am drunk.
my point is, your pd must have really long c and a unbalanced hand to have
enough courage to bid 2c.
other party bid 3 suites, you can not expect your pd to have 10 pt+
most likely around 5 at most, and, without even AKQ, his hand must be very
good, if not perfect to a C contact.
After 3c, your pd must have a really good H as well for punishing 4H.

evaluations and anticipations. For unbalanced hands, I would tend to bid 4S
with high ODR.
For example, with Axxx A xxx KQJxx, I tend to pass 4H, because this hand
contains at least about 2.5 (I offer some discount on the CKQJ because of C
length and opps' 4H overcall) defensive tricks, we are likely to beat 4H if
partner can also provide 1.5 defensive tricks; and we need partner to hold a
nice hand to make 4S.

wheel. We had to totally retension.”

问题何在，或者是不是这种轮子的维修方法和一般的有何不同。回答是 “I think it
is a combination of some normal de-tensioning of (any wheel) and spoke
repair. Wheels get a little unbalanced . We balanced tension and you are
good to go” - 不太懂，不过既然他说搞定了，就姑且认为万事大吉。

1. with a strong and heavy loaded rushing offense, the QB doesn't have to
throw too much, which mitigates the pass protection risk;
2. in such a run-oriented offsense system the QB has to have the scramble
capability, which means you have to throw the ball on target while run out
of packet and being chased by defenders.
Shananhan also uses a lot of boot leg tactics to mix rushing and passing
attacks to keep defense unbalanced. |

pass，防守队员就sit在route上，基本是空间越大越小。以前Kyle Orton，M Cassell
就是这样不行的，现在Alex Smith在Chief也是这样，我很不看好。适当搞几个长传，
就算搞不上，至少让防守队员心理会有点Unbalanced
不过Shaub长传确实很一般 |

基本不可能撞上狗屎运挤入第二群。
第四群，四大新人，运气，rw，ck，rg3。勉强可以加进牛顿。还年轻，一起都早。

在过去两年的自由泳学习过程中，我听到的建议都是头要低，收下巴，眼睛看正下方，
“swim downhill”，头低了，腿就浮起来了，减少阻力。
直到上周跟高阳游泳时，他给我指出我的头太低了，造成头一上（换气）一下，反而增
大了阻力。建议我头可以高一些，水面刚好高过眉毛就行了，这样游开水时也更容易换
气。我说那腿会不会沉得更厉害？他说等你打水练出来了下身自然就浮起来了。
于是我试了试把头抬高些，看pool的斜前方，好像的确游得更流畅些。
回来上网搜索相关资料，找到这篇Swim Smooth的文章是支持他的观点的。
