government and nothing has changed since 2008 in terms of budget deficits,
of course cash to invest in treasuries is running out again. Duh. Especially
since US was heretofore always relying on foreigners to absorb treasuries,

the relation between interest rate and bond price at all.
You can replace 10-year notes with treasury bills, which have no coupon
payments.
Or you can think the treasury notes have a higher face value of ($100 +
fixed coupon payment + interest earned with coupon payment).
There is no such thing as "抛售“. For every transaction, there is a seller
and a buyer. Why not call it "狂购”？

如果是长期投资,>10年,没有固定的用钱目标,建议
Target Date Fund - 你预计的退休或用钱年份.
这方面其实Vanguard的最好,费用最低. 一定要在Fidelity的话也可以,就是资金管理费
稍高.如Fidelity Freedom 2045, 管理费0.8%.
如果是5~10年,建议稳健增长型.
60% S&P 500 (iShare ETF IVV or Fidelity Spartan 500 Index Fund)
40% U.S. Total Bond (iShare AGG or Fidelity Spartan U.S. Bond Index Fund)
如果是 <5年, 建议保守型
60% U.S. Total Bond
40% CD 或 Treasury Bill/Treasury Note, 有兴趣的话可以做个 CD ladder, 优化以
下利率.
如果想随时能用,建议
