（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-

我作为一个和里面任何一方都不认识的局外人冷眼来评价一下吧。
首先，这个文章，是不是真的龙晓阳自己写的是有疑问的。
第二，如果真的是她写的话，那么她应该是隐瞒了很多对她不利的细节。她文章里的说
法很容易误导人以为她苦苦的在这个项目上做了很久。但是在网上众多暴料来看，这个
文章的主体工作是其他实验室的另外两个研究生做的，包括里面的关键仪器（磁诱
导仪器）都是别的实验室提供的。其中一个细节就是，她（龙晓阳）是8月中旬才
转到张生家实验室的，而这个文章在8月底就递交出去了。文章作者里面根本不包括另
外两个学生。她这种说法很轻巧的就把所有工作都说成是她做的有可能是为了解释作者
名单的问题，但是这个其实带来了另外一个问题： 她在8月份之前是另外一个实验室的
研究生，绝无可能在转到张生家的实验室之后几天之内就把那么多试验都做完了。如果

果是反复几次均未成功----感染U2OS细胞后用Puromycin筛选，细胞全部死亡。这说明
可能1）Lentivirus没有包装成功2）U2OS对Lentivirus敏感3）----？
我有该种Lentiviral表达质粒直接用Fugene
6转染U2OS细胞，然后用puromycin
筛选，有大部分细胞survival,说明Lentiviral表达质粒没有问题。
我包装Lentivirus的过程是：
Co-transfect下列质粒至 293T 细胞（用Fugene
6），48小时后，将上清液过滤，直接加到U2OS细胞上，48小时后加入Puromycin进行筛
选。
Lentiviral质粒 5ug
Gap 2ug
Rev 2ug
VSVG 2ug DNA总量 11ug, Fugene reagent 33ul.
第二次加大了DNA量，但还是不成功。

是唾沫横飞，滔滔不绝，自信满满， 我也觉得很振奋。做了几个月，发觉不是那么回
事请。私下里问了同事，同事告诉我其中一个课题别人已经试过了，不work,我听了很
气愤，老板告诉我，以前人的data是posotive的，后来我拿来一看，几乎没有什么差别
，几个同事也说没有显著性差异。我觉得被耍了。 还几个月的宝贵时间。。就
还有一个课题，也很搞。读到说 这个基因 （这里不说了）在其他肿瘤里面有作用，非
认为在我们坐的肿瘤里也有差别。我做了control和stable transfected 细胞，作用差
别在10% 以内，老板不高兴，说 control细胞不好，换一个敏感的，暗示我用没有药筛
的细胞做对照。你们认为这个是作假吗？还是misconduct?
感觉很压抑，因为你不按照他的去做，他就拼命push你，开lab meeting，individual
meeting 等，有近会就说你training不好，说不能容忍我了等等的话，而且不让换课题

我是研究自闭症的，做小鼠模型。一作3篇，提交时引用130多。现在大概160多。其中

China, especially in 70s' in rural area, most of the clinics use the same
syringe (if the synringe was used for the same drugs) for every patients.
And blood transfusion in rural area also contributed to the 爆发. Then,
diposable synringe was used and the HBV in China was control in a stable
rate of 10%. Please have some sense, if HBV is tansmitted through 饮食, the
