缺乏尊敬。我首先声明一下啊，我对tranlational research 的人的意义不敢
小看，而且我也知道真正的tranlational research 的内容绝对不止于分析
病人样品（不过事实上大部分都是这么做的人在里面充数）。但是那些
临床研究的意义，这个marker 那个marker什么的，对于现实的治疗当然
是非常重要，但一般不能起到一个原始推动力的作用，如果从一个几十年，
或者５年的尺度来看，其实都是一些小打小闹，不能起到根本的改变，
充其量属于改善一些小细节而已。历史上真正对医学和生物有原始推动力的
发展，几乎无一例外，都是从基础研究发展来的。比方说最早的青霉素和
狂犬疫苗，和后来的基因测序和PCR 技术，都是从貌似“不务正业”的人
那里发展出来的。
医生（不是指所有MD, 这个要分清楚）的天职和本能，就是使用已知的技术来
治病和探索治病的新知识。但是这些“已知技术”，绝大部分都是由作
基础研究的人（不管是PhD, 还是MD）发展出来的。脱离了基础学科，他们的

I-140 当时claim了老三样。authorship, contribution, judgement.
结果RFE时候只有judgement过了。其他的都没过，说实话，只有一条过应该是NOID的。
到现在也不清楚到底他们依据什么给RFE或者NOID，依据感觉？？？还有就是我没有
claim媒体报道，结果IO却说我有，所以还得回复RFE媒体报道。。。
由于只有judgement一条过，所以回复RFE材料时,完全是重新准备的 (judgement虽然过
了，也重新准备了），但是有了IO的RFE信件，自己也明白了到底IO想看到什么样的材
料和什么样的组织。我觉得这是DIY们最需要注意的。好了，废话少说。下面是我
