才发现上面没有tracking number，只有复写纸上面的parcel shipping number。打电
话给UPS竟然说没法帮忙查到tracking number。

不过美国大城市无论哪里冰场应该不难找。比如stars的主场好像就经常有活动，
应该也有对公众开放的时间。
速滑比较难开展就是一般室内都滑不开，long track根本没戏，short track周围
人太多，如果滑快了也不安全。long track需要有专门的场地--oval，所以edmonton
的速滑俱乐部都是室外的。calgary倒是有室内的olympic oval。
btw, 你的装备很专业了，一般的学生够呛消费得起，呵呵。 |

早上真冷啊，只有不到30度，跑完，洗澡，我旁边的柜子就是一个track team 的人。
我："Hey, you are track athlete,right?"
:"yeah, I am in Cross Country team"

还说这边最快的一个人跑了24分钟！！
然后我就问他有没有跑过半马，他说他非常喜欢半马这个距离，去年跑了1小时10分
然后我就问他的mileage,他说最近准备比赛，一周50miles，其他人有的一周80miles
每天早上6点开跑（现在天气很冷了），都是跑outdoor track. 今天早上是EASY RUN,

back to Campus drive/the Oval, single loop ~8-9 miles. Try to 满足各种口味，

发帖数: 5133 | 16 尼康的3D tracking可以实际使用，佳能的iTR很没谱，虽然RGB metering sensor像素
可以比尼康的多一倍，而且那也就是VGA分辨率的水平
单反自选对焦点或者用扩展对焦点都比较可靠，就是构图有限制，没无反方便，老是用
中心对焦点也不是个办法，能迅速手动切换对焦点在单反上很重要
单反对焦还有个问题的是取景器里的对焦点可能和对焦模块上的没完全对齐，需要精确
选择对焦范围时相机可能会对错地方
合焦成功率和自己对机身对焦能力了解程度也有关，哪些场景哪种对焦方式设置组合成
功率高都要一清二楚。
碰到有挑战的现在啥机身镜头配置都白搭，呵呵。比如站错地点对着日落拍向你直飞截
面很小的鸟基本就玩完了，也不怪相机，人眼当时连鸟都看不见，哈哈。取景器里有镜
头遮光罩挡住大部分背光才能看见一个比背景暗基本就水平一条灰线的鸟飞过来。

我最近在找这么个software.
最好能兼顾source control 和issue tracking.
不能兼顾的话，两个software可以integrate起来也行。
公司手头有Visual SourceSafe. 但是看网上review基本上骂的比较多。
而且看来它只管source control, 没有integration partener for issue tracking.
CVS也是source control, 说是可以有integration,google了一下，一头雾水。
还有个VOLT,说是可以integrate with FogBugz。 有人用过么？
我看到个叫Razor的比较IDEAL，可是又太贵了。Software 加 License |

发帖数: 536 | 30 Partner track 工作基本上都要AP/CP，不过老中进这个track的比较少，大部分
在大学里面，AP或者CP都可以，我个人认为CP only的工作机会很局限，除非进住院
以前已经有明确的去处，否则还是不选为好。AP+fellow（5年）现在好像就剩NP这
个选择，就是academic track的，还有什么 soft tissue，head and neck这些
专科，都是在大的医疗中心，private practice很少用到，fellowship做了也没用。
个人观点，如果没有非常明确的倾向性，还是AP/CP四年比较好，多花一年时间，多
拿一个证书。当然，很多老中会告诉你，那个CP证拿来也没用，那是因为大部分老中
都留在大学里面了。另外，小一点的program(<5 resident/year)你最好不要选AP
或者CP only，影响排班，program不喜欢这样的住院医。
：对找工作有什么不一样？哪种有利于在academic/non-academic找工作？ |

less than 8 years; I have also seen people still in Sr Scientist III after
15 years of experience in Abbott.
There are two tracks for scientists - manager track and research track. The
former is group leader, senior group leader, associate director, VP, etc.
and the the latter is SCI research fellow, whose grade level is similar to
GL/SGL.
This is what I heard based on my limited experience at Abbott. Please

For nuclear track, you don't have to do residency on top of that. Once you
are done with the track, you get all the training for nuclear Pharmacist. :) |

with them, I heard you will get more track time but a little dangerous since

even though this is my 2nd track year and 5th or 6th time on this track,
and had a lot of fun (CY – you missed it, lol)! I had my personal best time
1.18’22 in the last session with almost bald RS3 and pretty much stock
suspension. The fastest 350Z driver I know on this course who has over 10
years track experience did 1.16’xx with better suspension setup and tires.

tenure track在中国目前的体制和环境下，并不一定起到很好的作用。
相反，个人认为国家应该强行推行院士、大牛退休制度，类似德国的制度。 很多大牛
、院士在年轻的时候确实做了很多出色的工作，但是如果到了七八十岁还在把持着相关
领域和专业，大多数都会起到相反的作用。
北大化学系当年就是因为被几个老院士把持了近十年，也是发展最慢的十年。
院士的权利真的太大了，即使他们不当任何行政岗位，依然拥有极大的权利和影响力，
因为很多学校校长的连任也需要征求院士们的同意。在国内能当上院士的，人际网络简
直不可想象。 |

过校方的.聘书少说也该系主任签.很多还是校长签的.
方舟子质疑李,老李拿老板的电子邮件出来,而不是校方证明.
这里肯定有问题.饶毅说的很有道理.
简而言之:无校方证明文件(聘书),则不可能是tenure track. |

所以至少对本专业来说，Tenure track只能做为参考，不能当硬性指标。 |
